Catalogues
Hey guys, I haven't contributed to the forums in a while now, so I'll just do so right now.
This should be in the 'Future Improvements' section, but then this idea would hardly get any feedback. Catalogues. I've had this in mind for quite some time now. So to speak, there should be a catalogue where one can view and buy different cosmetic items. There should be a section for furniture, heads, and bodies. All of these items should vary in price, so players won't complain. The catalogue should hold Graal's 'latest fashion', and what not, and should scale according to the seasons or holidays. I'm quite certain that players are tired of seeing the majority of customization being all about hats. There isn't much of a variety in head/body design. The hero head is overused, be it, an edit or recolor. Not only would this be interesting, but it will give everyone more of a variety, according to their taste. I haven't thought about every single part of this idea yet, so feel free to add anything you deem necessary. |
People will cry about rarity. Admins are lazy. Nuff' said.

Reminds me of Club Penguin. Oh, the nostalgia.

if iclassic would have started like bomy island, they could have done something awesome not based on hats. there you could get necklaces, earrings, hats, bodys, gloves, belts, coats, ... which have been visible to the outside and have been working perfectly. but that would require iclassic to introduce a custom movement (i think, could work else aswell though but can get complicated) and it would require them to redo all the ganis (also players wouldnt be able to use custom bodies/heads they uploaded so far; most of the current hats wouldnt be introducable aswell i think)

I've been playing iEra lately and I really think iClassic could get some ideas off it. It has evenly distributed shops of many items such as hats, bodies, heads, skateboards, etc. iClassic is mainly based on hats. The catalog isn't a bad idea, I like it. iClassic has been very dull and boring lately which is why I'm trying iEra and am actually quite fond of it. I'm not saying iClassic should be exactly like it, but they have some nice concepts on there like a hotkey feature, lots of jobs, hidden free items, etc.
