Looking for a book.
I want to get an interesting novel to read. I don't really have a preference genre-wise, though I'd like if it was a reasonable length. I have to read at least 3 books a marking period for my Literacy class, so please keep that in mind nothing too long. Thanks!

Ok this book is not long but its fairly decent sized. If you are in to fantasy epic battles magic ect and you have not already read them I suggest the ERAGON series. I got so into them I finished it in about 2-3 days. You will love them :)

Read one of Blueh's posts.
On Topic: I read a book called Critical Space about a guy who's basically a badass security agent person. If you like more modern books that are kind of thrilling, it's a good book. I read in about 4 days while in NC. |

Try the book "The Catalyst" by Laurie Halse Anderson. I enjoyed this book few years back. Though, it has swear words and sexual references so it probably would not be the best book for reading outloud. It's pretty short(200 pages or lower) and I really enjoyed reading it. |
The Giver, its really interesting.

One fish two fish red fish blue fish.
Or the giving tree |
House of The Scorpion.

Try "No easy day" by Mark Owen.
It tells you the mission in how Osama bin Laden was killed. Interesting stuff. Also, read "Science Fair" by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. It's a good science fiction novel and it's really funny. I've never read a funnier book. Quote:

Ok, literally the best book I had ever read is "Neverwhere" by Neil Gaiman. Seriously, if you don't read it your life will forever be incomplete. Also, anything else by him is excellent; Stardust and American Gods especially. READ THEM NOW. His books are scifi/fantasy. If you're into mystery, or legal dramas check out Michael Connely, John Grisham, Kathy Reichs, and Lee Child.

I read every day, so hit me up with a genre and I can get you a book that's really good in that genre.

Pimpsy, The Giver was terrible. i hate communist/utopia books. damn public schools force you to read a dozen of them. silver, :') the Giving Tree. i have that one sitting on my bookshelf given to me by my grandmother when i was a baby. i like fantasy so i would recommend Eragon or anything by CindaWilliamsChima, CorneliaFunke, or RickRiordan. O and TedDekker writes really good christian literature. |

I really want to just read one really long book, but the way my literacy teacher goes about reading logs and stuff that's impossible :/.
