What I don't understand is: Why? Why must men gain their happiness out of the misery of others? Why is it that people die fighting for no cause? Why is it that the best slavery comes from false liberty? Why do we insist on living as one, yet unification has only come from conquest and supremacy? Why is it that ignorance comes from prejudice? Why do judge others yet we have not earned the right to judge our own actions? Why is it from every hierarchy comes anarchy? I gaze up into the blue abyss each day and it looks back down upon me. Each day I ask the same question, and it gives me the same answer. An answer I've yet to comprehend until the day I reach enlightenment. Why?
