Gang Changes
 

This is only proposed right now, but I think we'll implement it after talking with Stefan

Gangs right now focus on one thing- base hours. There are long term prizes for this, which will stay. This won't be effected.

However, what about Player Killing (PK) and Sparring? No real rewards. So, I've been speaking with lots of players (gang owners, spar players etc) and this is what we think will be better.

We introduce a new aspect to gangs, called PK Points. Each kill inside a gang base will give the gang +1 PK point. Every 10 deaths the gang has inside the gang base, they lose 1 PK point.

Now there are 3 types- PK Points, Sparring and Basing Hours. Each week, the top 3 gangs of each category will win gang points. (3 points for 1st place, 2 points for 2nd place and 1 point for 3rd place) This will reward 9 gangs- on a weekly basis.

The gang points can be spent by the leader for prizes-

• Gun Rentals for 24 hours
• Gun Rentals for 1 week
• Everybody in your gang receives 1 EC
• Extra slot for gang member
• More...
• More......
• More.........

What do you think to this? would you personally find it fun?

Yes. As I said I'd attract more basing which is what we need.

Hmmm it would be fun, but what kind of weapons for rent are you talking about? Because if you have 25 pbpers basing won't be any fun...

Rental Guns are a prize(example:p2k's,metalstorm ect...)
What peope are gonna use to obtain kills/base hours/Spar Kills as long as it is legit/legal its their choice.
Agreed 25 pbpers is hard to kill,but once again "Nothing Is Impossible".

Nothing is impossible, but yet again it wouldn't be fun. I say you give them something that doesn't make them better, because if you have 25 pbpers they wont lose that base easily, which makes them earn only more points, so they can rent weapons again etc. The "strong" gangs would only get stronger.

No,else there is no challenge.And I can tell you that 25 pbpers are 100% not pro-players.
That's a 'problem' that cannot be solved I guess,that's where you(gangs) interfere,skill is needed.
A default gun for everyone to use ins't fun and the bases are public,so no.
Players use what they want.
25 Pbpers lose vs 200 players with 30 gang tags to try to take their base,do you get what I mean.
It won't happen that they'll keep it for ages.

And I know they aren't, that's why they use pbp... Anyways, that's just my thought.
Can't they save up points for a custom hat for the gang, or anything alike?

Im sure everyone agrees with me that guns,hats,ecs,items are better.

The custom gang hat is a prize for the total hours score,do NOT forget that.
Custom GangHat has nothing to do with this.
