Ec events overlap
 

Im not sure if this still happens but when ever there's an ec event for the event bot that starts at around the :50-:55 of that hour or even before that and doesn't end until a few minutes after the next hour that event would count for both hours which would mean no ec event for one of the hours. This should be fixed if it hasn't already either by making ec events begin earlier within the hour or setting the event to the hour of the start time rather than if it overlaps. Do you get what I mean?
