Youtube ruining quality

I record on camtasia in a resolution set for youtube.
My render settings are set to HD so why do my videos upload and look 360p (no exaggeration)

My videos look fine in the editor of camtasia and in my mp4 file but are hideous when uploaded to youtube.
What it looks like in the mp4 file:

What it looks like on youtube:

Any help?

It takes time for a video to look good on Youtube depends on the length

What do you have filled in on the size tab?

Perhaps try messing around with the options? I've never had problems with camtasia before and nothing looks weird so yeah trial and error might be the best way to go

that is very strange.. does it say 1080p on utube though?
i mean sometimes youtube try to adjust it when there's a lot of things going on, but that's usually first 10 seconds of the video.

i also use screenflick with h.264 coding type and had never problem with quality issues.
