Multi-quote

Multi-quote has been added back and fully working but since some people weren't even aware we ever had it here's a quick rundown of how it works.

The + icon beside quote is the new multiquote button, when you click +, instead of replying with a quote it adds it to your quote queue and allows you to keep clicking + on other posts you'd like to quote and reply to.

Once you hit Reply to Topic, or the regular Quote button, all of the quotes you selected using multi-quote will appear in your editor. It won't work if you reply by using quick reply.
