iOS 5

Who has iOS 5.
What is your favorite feature?
Im downloading it right now, its like 99% done.

Rexx 10-12-2011 11:31 PM

it consists of "new" features that are actually ripped off of jailbroken apps/tweaks, Android and Windows Phone 7...

they even

This is one of the more popular stories about it

Rufus 10-13-2011 07:52 AM

I haven't really noticed a difference lol, just a few new applications I'm never really going to use :(

Jazz 10-13-2011 08:07 AM

Idk about many of the new features, but something Gizmodo posted a very very very lengthy blog post about was iCloud, which to me, is not impressive what so ever...

So many other services have been doing this forever. It just seems like once Apple does it, its revolutionary, amazing, magical, etc, etc.
And its actually true; people are eating this up, but, idk...I use 'the cloud' every day. You know...with that revolutionary Gmail and Google docs...

Kyro122 10-13-2011 10:37 PM

My music app got extremely screwed up. It wont play some songs, or it will skip them. Kinda dumb

Rexx 10-14-2011 01:54 AM

Yeah theres been some articles saying some people couldn't upgrade at all, and some that did got a bunch of error messages...as well as the update erasing ALL their apps from their phone AND their computer even though they backed up...

I'd probably avoid the update if you're using a jailbroken device.

When updating, it doesn't matter if your jailbroken. The first thing it does (after checking if the firmware is signed) is wipe your iPhone.

Anyone else having a slow responsive keyboard?

Cat612 10-23-2011 03:58 AM

I find like iCloud, and as an iPod touch user I find iMessage really useful so I can text my parents easier when I have wifi.

Lucky. My keyboard is very slow at responding when I play Graal. I tried restoring it back to 4.3.5, but it didn't work. I don't feel like jailbreaking this iPod just to change it so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Same with me.

I really like how I can switch songs without unlocking now, but that's about it :P
