Buying/Building a New PC

I've been avoiding this for so long, but it's been ridiculous. My laptop with wifi disconnection issues, my 2 year old iMac getting very slow. My topics has been throughly discussed, buying a new PC seems like the best solution for me.

I am going to use my PC mostly on:
Spoiler
- Probably some video editing <- but not my priority for the builds
- Internet Browsing
- I leave on computer running for hour and hours on daily, doesn't exceed 24 hours though
- 1-5 hours of heavy 3D gaming. Ex: BDO, Tera, WoW. <-I quit Tera, GTA5, BDO for lagging.

Since Christmas is around the corner, you may say it's the worst possible time to online shop. But I will do it regardless of the huge delay.

^Aguzo picked out some parts for me, but it seems like some of them are out of stock. Which I have no patient to wait on for a restock.

Used - Like New

^I saw this. "Used" doesn't seem so bad and I am still an Amazon Prime Member.

What should I do? I was gonna try Aguzo's build, but seems like it's out of stock and Idk.
If Amazon is giving me an Ok-Good deal I am fine with a pre built computer.

If you click on each item on the lists, it will show you which sites have them available.
For the $590 (extra $90) vs used $500 cyberpower pc you posted, you are getting way more for your money with the $590 one.

The parts are newer too, and they aren't used.

it's more like ~$150 extra now with stocks. might have to do more research though.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend either of them. What is your maximum price range? https://www.powerc.com/ is a good website, you can build your own via the website. Works out cheaper also. There are many websites similar to this, doesn't have to be that specific website. I wouldn't buy a second hand computer, they could of overclocked it and burnt some of the parts, this has happened in many occasions for second hand computers on Amazon.

Update: My uncle said he'd help me with picking out on Christmas + will be my Christmas gift.
I appreciate everybody's response. I will reference it when I select parts with my uncle.

My laptop with wifi disconnection issues

I never discussed this issue, because I 'thought' I resolved it from googling.
I have an HP Pavilion, Windows 8.1. I can give all the details, but feels like nobody is going to read it.

I basically saw this on Amazon. A Wifi USB adapter. Will putting this on help??
Has anyone used this? Can a laptop with wifi system attached can use this?
