VIP Hex Color Wheel
 

Is there something stopping you guys from allowing players with VIP from choosing a color based on an interactive color wheel or even by typing in their own hex color value? I feel it'd be way more intuitive, and people would be able to match their slots to the exact color of certain hats and other things that they're interested in matching.

Would actually be nice to have one of these for vip not gonna lie, I have been wanting to get certain colors for hats for a while now. This would fix this perfectly

Does the color map not fulfill the same purpose?

Having a hex value input to make things easier would be a nice addition. Selecting a specific color from the color map isn't really easy with a thumb.

I actually had no idea that existed, I personally don't have VIP myself and no one else mentioned this when I brought up this idea last night on Discord so I assumed it wasn't a thing. Sorry about that! Someone did just show me it though:

Is it possible that we can enter hex color values manually though? I imagine it's really hard, especially on touchscreens, to touch a near-exact color that you want.

Players may have no clue on how to find out the hex color values. If this will be changed to choose a color by entering the hex color value, maybe a list of the all the hex color values or something to make it more user-friendly. I personally don’t find it hard to pick the exact color on touch screen but I guess typing the values manually can be easier.

It's been the standard to use hex codes for status backgrounds for years. Players know how to find them lol

Doesn’t that thing just pick the colors from the normal list depending on what color matches the closest to where you tap?
Like as far as I’ve known you’re locked to the basic vip color list even if you select colors through there, I also haven’t ever seen people use colors other than that in CC bodies

That's what people are telling me in Discord also, it's like a visual representation of the list of colors available to you and when you tap it just matches to the nearest I guess

Yeah guess nothing changed about it then, it's been a dissapointment since its release because everyone expected the possibility to pick every shade of color from that thing


Would be neat to finally see all html hex colors become available, it would make vip a lot more worth it and I'vealways wanted CC bodies where I can pick 5 different shades of a single color to match hats etc
