Posting for my friend Andrei

I know these posts don’t belong here and I’m supposed to mail toonslab, but my friend Andrei has been mailing them everyday for like 6months. He lost access to his main account because his email got deleted for inactivity. He has a 100 ways to prove it’s his account, like he literally still remembers what hats he bought and when etc. Plus me and others can vouch for him as we have known him for along time.

Let me know if there’s a way to solve this,.

Hello, sorry to hear you’ve not received an answer - but the support site is the only way. Perhaps try making a new ticket and providing as much information as possible initially. I also don’t recommend emailing every day. That is not professional and you must recognize and respect time it takes and others email also, so spamming will not help you.
