Accesing Old account

Sorry if this is the wrong thread but I really need help with this.
So I haven’t played Classic in around 5-6years and I no longer have access to the email address linked to it. There’s no way I can get back into my email account.

So is there anyway I can get them to change my account over to a new email? I don’t remember my Graal ID for it. Thanks

Honestly, I hate to break it to you but i'm almost positive that there is nothing you can do.

Even if you did, I doubt your account may exist, I've had old accounts as well since i seem to make a new one every 2-3 years or something, I've noticed that old accounts if they go inactive too long they seem to get wiped (Which is kinda bs in my opinion). I've logged into old emails that i was sure was the correct email, And it was a noob account. Even contacting support or toonslab doesnt get any reply.

He just lost access to his email. Tbh toonslab probably won't help you if you didn't try to get access to your email again by contacting the email supplier first. (to reset your password or..) If it didn't work just give it a shot and email toonslab and tell them all the info that only you the owner of the graal account would know. It wont be easy though because you don't know your graal ID.

On the same subject from another thread, I said this:

Most email providers offer some method of recovering accounts when you don't know the password. It might be wise to try that first if yours does.

To answer your question, however: you can request an email change by emailing [email protected]. Explain the situation and do your best to prove ownership of the account.

If you can't provide enough information, it is unlikely you will be able to recover the account.

Closing this since it's an issue that needs to be taken to support, not discussed on the forums. If you need further assistance, you can contact me, but I will not change the email for you, only help direct you to the right places.
