Why so dead
Obvious answers asides, what are some small little things that you think have made Zone decline so much? Nothing huge like X was removed or Y was changed, just small minor things which made players find the game less enjoyable. I'll start, I think that start needs a revamp. Out of everything that really hasn't changed, why hasn't start? The big ugly building is dated.

I think it's because there's hardly anything to look forward to. Sure there are daily rewards but I don't think it's worth the time. I'm sure this applies to other graal games aswell

Zone was dead ever since.
The other graal servers recently had their daily average number of players increased |
Well i never really stuck around cause everything seemed expensive. Now it’s hard to get into cause idk what squad to join

The game does not have an engaging feedback loop. The only reason most servers stay alive is for social reasons/friends. If a game that depends so strongly on those things fails to have a substantial player base it will make it harder to retain players. Lower player count also means less development resources, as most and the best developers will be put onto the games that bring in the most players/money. Its kind of a vicious cycle for a game.

Zone doesn't really offer much outside of basing and obviously the social aspect. Which is why I've always been saying "most of the players on this game are just the same basers moving from squad to squad" and it's just a never ending cycle from there

I always thought that completing missions with others was the core of the server. I guess ship repairs and recycling kinda took away from that.
Maybe if there were less similarities to iEra it could have done better. |
