I think you're probably better off learning to do it yourself at that rate. Or spending some time looking online and finding something you 'like' for free.

Your better off looking at gfx sites you like the style of and messaging them for a head.

The "i will pay if i like what i see" isn't really a good thing a artist would like to see.

Also you should list your budget, cuz if your only paying 100 gralats then it ain't worth it.

Almost nobody is gonna waste their time making you a head if they can’t even be sure if they’ll get paid lol
