Upload help
 

Can anyone help me out? I've been having problems uploading this Custom head:https://wendigogfx.files.wordpress.c...0-1.gif?w=1100
At first, It said I needed to lower the frames to 150 or less so I took out the animation and tried to upload it but then this time it said I have the wrong transparency. Please list any options I can do to upload it properly. I really don't get uploading
