please? server still has potential to draw in players. I still have my GC rights so I can host events. I'd love to have my home server back.

Wasnt there some issue between some Global and the old Classic PC Manager (forgot the name, was it Thor or something)? Wasnt that the reason it got shut down so hard in the first place?

there was no legitimate reason to close Classic. Management disliked Thor's attitude. Removing him as manager was enough, but someone made a unilateral decision to shut Classic down as well.

They shut it down because they were afraid it would compete with iClassic. They were afraid PC Classic would take all the players from iClassic and return it to its glory days of 2001.
