Ol west’s future

opinions on ol wests future?

Still a decent amount of players... but I haven’t played activity since prob 2016 and played a bit in 2017 but haven’t really seen any big updates or anything at all.

Crafting has been coming soon for like a year, trading to me seems pretty boring

And gangs are just going to 1.5k then re making new gangs ... other than a few of them

And this may just be my view since I don’t play anymore because I lost interest but what are your guys opinions on West’s future? And how long it will last

I feel as though Ol’West will remain a social sandbox with little to no major updates in the near future. Unless something drastic is done with GraalOnline as a whole where every server has a dedicated (or paid) development team then both Ol’West and Zone alike (being the servers with drastically less income than the other two) will just be frozen in time as a day in day out server to chat with friends already made

Sounds about right, just wish they would do a little other than VIP and a holiday event every once and a while... hopefully it stays better than , agree it might just turn into a game to talk to previously made freinds...

Not a knock against the staff team in anyway, but a major problem could be the lack of developers dedicated to working on and pushing out major additions/updates, which in all fairness might not be their fault. I'm aware it can be a pain in the ass to get green-lighted for anything big, especially given Graal's focus on pumping little hats and items that'll just bring in revenue, and the fact that West management may or may not be a little more focused on Era than West.

It's a real shame too, because West definitely has a solid foundation to build on thanks to the work of a lot of its devs, both current and past. They just need to a take a better hold on their creative control and really start spearheading new projects, otherwise it'll head down the same path Zone did.

It was lack of developers.

Let’s be honest know ol west will have a future if I become the gun admin considering we don’t have one and I have more ol west experience than 90% of the admins we have today
