Warp Ring Gems Bug
 

Fellow Graalians!

Recently my friend literally has lost all of his warp ring gems, which are nowhere to be found. They're neither in his inventory nor in the quest places.

The thing is that I myself am in the same position right now... for two years, however :dazed: I thought it's gonna be a temporary thing, but, as you can see, it's ain't.

Countless PMs to staff, tickets, emails to support.toonslab.com, and still no answer.

This post is the only hope I have... aside from the ritualistic dances around the fire pit in Big City Caldera :P

Do you have them now?

For anyone else who might run into this issue, the best place to go for help with it is indeed support.toonslab.com. If you think your ticket may not have been received for some reason, feel free to shoot me a forum pm and I'll try to help.

If your friend still needs help, he can send me a forum pm if he has a graalians account - otherwise, can you pm me his nickname and a guild he's in so I can take a look?
