VPN Suggestion??

Anyone got any suggestions for safe and free VPNs for an android phone?? I need it to bypass some curfew/time restrictions my router has.
I'm using Tunnel Bear right now and while its decent the 500 monthly MB limit is a pain in the ass so help you tech geeks?? Thnx

I oftenly secretly use this website called Whoer.Net at schools to bypass the iBoss filters with the web proxy they provide. They have a VPN option I don't know much about it nor have I ever used Whoers VPN or any VPN of the short anyway so I cannot say I know what they have to offer but I do think you have to pay for it. I don't know if this is what your looking for I'm assuming this is for websites. I'm not sure and I honestly don't know much about it but whoer has a good webproxy to bypass school web filters so I assume it has good other stuff

YOooo I need a free VPN that's compatible with Ubuntu OS. I have a plugin for chrome as a temporary solution but I need one that I can download straight to my laptop so I can enable it before getting on Tor.
I know free VPNs suck for the most part but I have no possible way to purchase one so help???

You're trying to get a vpn + tor to "bypass some curfew/time restrictions your router has"?

Nah I did need the VPN on my phone to bypass the restrictions but, now i need the VPN on my laptop to just be safer on Tor. I didnt want to make another thread for the laptop one so sorry if the questions together seemed weird or something??
The phone VPN is covered, my new question is what's a good VPN for my laptop that i can use with Tor.

The best VPN is called "moving out from your restrictive parents".

In all seriousness, if you want a good VPN, I suggest perhaps getting a job and paying for one. That's what I've done for about a year while using public wifi or university wifi. Very fast speeds and little to no data restrictions. If not, I would suggest getting Betternet or something.

I have a job. I can't actually pay for a VPN though because of my restrictive parents so I'm stuck using free options until further notice. I'll check out Betternet though, thanks.

we all know that you're trying to enter the dark web to hire hitmen. anyways, tunnelbear is good enough for entering the dark web.
