Account email change
 

Can someone please that works at toonslab, please answer my request relating to an email account change, someone told me they've been waiting for 3 weeks, i was told it takes 1-2 working days or "a few hours". thanks!

This is correct. You can't get support on this forum, either - so I'll be closing this thread.

If you did email that address and didn't hear back, provide more information. For example, if you lost access to the email on the account, you need to prove you own it. Do this by providing information about the account noone else should know.
