Lol since I can’t post on Era-go all because of some twit named Tristanfosho who doesn’t like people speaking of accounts being unlinked, won’t even help players or look into their accounts giving any information as to why people can’t access their accounts,

I’d show proof of what this imbecile took said to me in private messages on Era but I can’t post pics on here for some odd reason,

But telling a player that there’s no high Staff or manager that can help you when in fact I know “Homelesswitch” can fix all these account issues people are having there’s a simple command that all managers and global staff can use in game to fix this issue, telling a player that there is not such thing is a load of crap.

Unlinking someone’s account is quite disgusting, disrespectful and wrong considering when the players done absolutely nothing wrong and when they ask what’s happened to their account all you get is a reply telling you to send a ticket to Toonslab where you get a lame ass automatic reply how do I know it’s automatic and copied and pasted cause it’s the same bloody message every single time and it’s 2018, in the email you receive from Toonslab has 2017 init proving my point here, second thing Staff tell you to do is to email support(at)Toonslab which you never get a reply from not even a curtisy email notifying that your email has been received absolutely nothing,

But it’s the customer service Toonslab/eurocentre/Staff/Era/GraalOnline has dished up its atrocious it should not take all up 99 days so far still looking for help and answers as to why you can’t access your account,


What happened to my account?

-99 days ago tried logging into account ( I was already logged in so just loading into the app)

-once the app opened it didn’t load me into my account I got a message saying that my account has been revoked

-never given my email to anyone, nobody else knows my email, nobody has hacked my email account or anything along those lines

-when I went to put my email to try log back into my account I got another message saying there is no account for that email

-no I didn’t input my email incorrectly, I tried this on multiple devices

-it’s happened to 2 of my accounts so either someone’s unlinking my account or there’s a problem in the games database which i highly doubt since this has happened to about 10 other Era players.
