Trying to get my old graal account back
 

Does anyone know how long it takes staff to get back at someone regarding account problems. I tried logging back into my older account through fb and it didnt work (I guess because that's when webgl was releasing) so then I just used the classicgraalonline link and identified with my email and for some reason I'm not getting an email verification back at all (not even in the spam folder) I've sent 2 emails to graal support one from the email linked to that account and another using my main email I always use to see if maybe it might be a problem with aol. And yeah I tried toonslab nothing has worked as of yet.

Like all support systems, response time will depend on a variety of factors (ticket/email volume, if you sent the ticket/email on a business day, etc).

Since nobody here is a part of the support team, we can't tell you for sure how long it will take for your request to be processed. Make sure to check your spam folder as well just in case their response goes there.
