What to post here?

Bugs! As detailed as possible. If there are steps that you can do to make the bug occur list those steps. The better chance the staff can recreate the bug themselves the more likely it can be fixed.

What NOT to post here?

Suggestions! This is for reporting bugs not ideas. Keep the thread clean and keep it strictly related to bugs. The cleaner the thread the easier it will be to find and fix bugs rather than sorting through tons of unrelated posts.

Abusable bugs! Try not to post about bugs that other players can abuse, and instead PM these bugs directly to a moderator or staff of the game. The less players know about a bug that can be abused, the better. Examples would be a bug that lets you buy an item twice and only paying once.


The old thread will be retired and locked in favor of starting an annual thread.

Currently a problem affecting only PC players that causes a lagout then disconnect, iDevice users aren't affected, not sure about Android
Not sure what triggers it, many say it started happening 2-3 weeks ago

If you keep the furniture window open when you exit your house it remains and it cannot be closed unless you close your game and re log.

When the lag spikes up suddenly, that's what d/c PC players, while idev can handle it. My guess.

Whistle GST item sound doesn't work for PC

damaging players while sparring causes AP loss

Not sure if the report button is working ( being serious here ) because I have reported countless acts of speed hacking , ban evading and glitching. Sat there for a good 30 mins and seen no result of my report.

Flute from Snowtunes, the music tiles also don't work on pc. Piano does, though?


Also, regarding that editor view thing for house design:

1.) Enter House
2.) Activate editor view (disabling sword, inventory items, grab, other npc interactions)
3.) leave house
4.) Enter a new area
5.) Often buttons/interactions are still disabled.
6.) Sometimes returning to house and toggling editor view on/off fixes it.
7.) Sometimes re-log is required.

And the good old 'sword swing in non-pk areas' thing that happens when you tap a dialogue button or press enter in a message. That is annoying.

An admin has to be online at the same time, and speed hacking/ban evasion is not always detectable/ban worthy to every admin.

The RPS NPC, Jeff Knight, Sardon's Tower is able to start a game of RPS but when a player chooses their move after a few seconds the match ends. You don't lose any gralats, it's like the NPC is forfeiting.

These are by far my biggest pet peeves, thanks for shedding some light on them

If you drag the screen then open the quick-access menu the player moves with the screen (clientside only).

On IOS the music doesn't work properly, for example: I can enter a house and it has a radio either the music goes away completely, and some of the music on the radios don't work my game will stop playing the music, I don't know if this is only for me. The IOS version also doesn't have the newer sound track, this is something minor but I like listening from the music on graal from time to time. I'm using my iPhone 6s I don't know if this is a glitch only on my IOS, but I thought I'd mention it

This doesn't look like a bug.

Even if it's only minor and doesn't affect gameplay it's not intentional so is still a bug. I'm just reporting it, not saying it needs to be fixed.

I know this isn't really considered a problem but the AP system seems glitchy. Like I'll be at 45 AP, and then it'll jump fast to 46 AP & continue onto 47 AP in a span of seconds. It was higher AP #'s that was doing that also. Not sure if something got changed with the script but just thought I'd bring it up.

Sometimes when I sign off and sign in again, it's changed on me too. Like 10 or 20 points below 100 for some reason.

when locking gralats, the old gralat skin shows up in the message saying that it has been locked/ unlocked.

Same when getting a gralat from diving.

Uploading guild pictures hardly ever woks for me anymore. Every other time I'll attempt to upload one a white bar will appear at the top of my screen, but not my photo library. It takes a restart to make it disappear. Other times it'll straight up just say failed (lag issues?).

My first post about this was on the 8th of January dusty pls notice this post and fix.

ALSO!

There is still a player named "nick" who asks if you want to be disconnected and drops your games frames with a bug/hack and times you out of the server, ash ketchum will be able to vouch for me and explain better on this one!

The image file for my favorite mining helmet is missing.

The spar newbie protection seems to be broken. I've fought and won countless practice spars but I still can't join in any of the normal spar rooms.

The newbie protection isn't based off of practice spars if I remember correctly. So no, not a bug.

I believe that protection is about hours, not about practice spars. You need at least 24 hours of play time to be able to join spar rooms in arena.

Don't worry, it applies to staff clients as well. I couldn't log in to the server but could on my iPad. Out of control of mere staff, sadly.

Fixed via saving the sound as 8-bit(flash is weird about sounds and compression).

I tried doing this and can't reproduce it.

Graal has some weird obscure bug with buttons and mouse/key input. It's literally thinking you're pressing keys you're not and I'm not sure what to do about it. It was the same problem with the opening profiles on pressing tab but I was able to band-aid fix that.

Ya RPS is extremely buggy and NPCs need to be reset sometimes.

Ya, again it's a client bug in the code. There's nothing any staff can do.

The orange minging helmet, and people have been calling it a "Hood"

Whistle still doesn't work, had a friend listen as well (PC User). Using windows 7

the soccer net furniture item doesn't work overtime you re enter guild house unless you click on it and move it around once. the ball doesn't go inside unless you move it around once everytime you log on.

When on iDevice, when you click the guild picture button to upload a pic, and then click the back button right away, a bar on the side of ur screen pulls up for your photo album and it stays there but when you go back to upload a guild pic, ur app crashes

And just realized when you click chat bar when ur screen is like that, ur game just freezes

Had to restart to see the change. I hear music, for sure. disappointed it doesn't loop though? Is that intended function?

The log off time is way screwed up, for example.

I was having a conversation with a friend just this hour, he logs off to go eat and it says he has been offline 12+ hours. Happens with almost everyone on my friends list. It even changes depending when I open it.

for example sometimes it shows someone to be on my first page of friends having been offline for four hours, and sometimes he's on the second page at 15 hours ago.

Don't know if this is just me or not, but it's definitely a bug

Can confirm this occurs. A friend of mine got offline said he was off for 3 days

I dunno if it's intentional but you guys still have the invisible player script in both lobby levels of the arena

yep can confirm.

idk if anyone said this but after logging back from your noob account it changes your name and changes ur guild tag (or just sets it off)

Destiny spawn has been like that for months now, I think that one is intentional

Whenever I finish typing, in PMs, chat or guild chat, my sword hits even in safe zones.

Edit: it happens anytime I click on a player profile and exit.

Not that it really matters (given that their value has been completely destroyed), but bees don't appear to be spawning, despite the fact that the Spring season has started.

I want to catch them for use in my house.

Totem hawk, serpant, and monkey are not showing their price correctly.
