Looking for a game

Well, lately, I've been reaaaaalllly bored. I'm looking for a game, and would appreciate some help here.

It has to fit these conditions:

1. It's free

2. For the pc

3. Has to be a sandbox game

4. Has to have a good amount of building

5. Has to have stuff to kill

I would at least like something close to that, but it has to be free.

MementoJoker 08-18-2012 12:32 AM

You can acquire the majority of the pc games "for free". I've been playing Civilization 5, it's a turn based strategy game. You "build an empire" and "kill other units and raze cities"

LavaClaw 08-18-2012 12:33 AM

Garry's Mod.
Not free but its $10, that's nothing tbh.

How the heck did you get civ 5 for free? Well, any way I want to play as one individual person in a non linear world and do things myself rather than sending people to do it. ( yes, technically civ is linear because it comes to an eventual end)

nplay.com/Begone
Battlefieldplay4free.com (kinda pay 2 win )

webkinz.com is super fun

I remember playing a game when I was younger on the PC where it was based in Roman times, and you built your own empire. Forgot what it was called, but it was mega fun.

I've recently started playing Ace of Spades, it's like Minecraft but is a FPS. You can build buildings to protect yourself from enemy attacks and make it harder for them to get to your team's intel.

Yeah it's pretty awesome

I highly recommend APB on steam. It's free, but you can honestly see why.

Civ 5 Game of the year edition and Gods and Kings, but without any music from Pirate bay.

DragonRider 08-19-2012 10:40 AM

Hat Simulator 2007 aka Team Fortress 2 is good.

Vladamir Blackthorne 08-19-2012 10:51 AM

Did we forget the requirements the game I want must fulfill? And btw don't suggest any rated M games because my parents are totally strict and wouldn't let me play one any time soon >.< Remember: free building sandbox pc game with stuff to kill!

Talon 08-19-2012 11:04 AM

Roblox. Stupidly E-rated, sandbox/building, creating own worlds and metagames like Minecraft, PvP-type servers, free to play, on PC. It's so ****ing dumb for me but I think you'll like it.

Eww. No. I gagged as I for apperently no good reason tried it.

definitely garry's mod.. it's not like you need a credit card or anything.. they sell, I believe, $25 pre-paid steam cards at gamestop now. there's so many good mods and stuff for garry's mod too.

Maxy 08-19-2012 05:55 PM

Garry's mod

Then stfu because you're not getting any good E-rated sandbox games for free. The good ones are Minecraft (ugh) and GMod, and you'll have to pay. Pick one.

Also, GMod doesn't have a rating. So don't complain when your parents are watching you play and a random kid joins your server blowing up NPCs and shooting puppies.

Sup3rn00b 08-19-2012 08:52 PM

Blockland maybe, its like legos... and not like roblox. the demo is free, contains some stuff to do, full is 20$ USD, and contains online playing. This game isnt just legos, it can be pretty much anything.

Rated E? Are you joking? I'm a teenager. And I didn't say I wanted a rated E game, I just said that it can't be rated M. And btw Garry's mod is rated T, but right now it HAS to be free. My family is kinda tight on the cash spending cuz my mom just had surgery and my dad had to stay home from work. So yeah. No gmod... And no one bring it up again, cuz the first thing I buy when I have the chance is that.

Talon 08-20-2012 09:15 AM

Well, there's pretty much nothing left if Garry's Mod is off the table and you don't want to play Roblox. Sorry.

DragonRider 08-20-2012 10:16 AM

Minecraft Cracked is basically what you're asking for.

Yeah, me too. If you're a teenager, do small jobs or get one and save up.

MementoJoker 08-20-2012 10:28 AM

Or.. sell cracked computer games and movies to your friends who haven't discovered the magic of torrents yet.

Small jobs might work but I'm still a little young for an actual job. Problem is finding one. But I don't have to lift a finger cuz I was promised Garry's mod before we had to tighten up on the cash spending, and soon dad'll be right back to work, and on his payday, that's when I'm getting one of the games that ever so taunts me with it's awesomeness.

I was sad when the Demonoid servers were smashed with hammers (literally) by the Ukraine government. :(

Rated E games don't exist, right? They're just campfire stories told to scare gullible kids like us, right?.. RIGHT!??

Try Realm of the Mad God. Pretty addicting, but gets a bit repetitive. Doesn't have much building in it, but it's got a decent community. It's also free, but some in-game stuff requires real money to purchase.

Try it out, and see if you like it.

The Paint.NET add-on may be of some use if you want to upgrade the graphics of it.
