Missing Refund
 

Just ponting this out towards administrators, my head is not in my iheads list any more and I dont have a refund. Please give me my 10k.

it should be, maybe its not downloaded correctly so you cant view it. did you pay for it? there is no way that it got deleted this way.

I have a feeling I know how it was deleted, but I'm not going to say how and by who. you know who you are, now please refund my head. Nuff' said. I've already re-installed iEra, and now its just gone.

That same thing happened with failures body. I think the refund system is glitchy

well i just want my 10k, some special staff member had to have played with it a little, because now its deleted.

Failure tried refunding his body, but he didn't get his money back, nor could he use the body anymore.

the problem was, i could not even put the head on TO refund it. crazy eh?

Callimuc isn't authorized to just give out money like that.

Its just I want my 10k, its not fair that it was taken. Simple as that.

It had all rights to be taken if it was a illegal upload. That is most likely why it was taken away.

I don't have permission to add you the Gralats, neither do I have the required rights to do an investigation if you refunded the head and just try to lie or if it was a bug or whatever and neither is it actually my job to do that. PM a PRA for more help

Fine, then check when i last uploaded a head, check my head inventory, and check my gralat difference over the past few days. That proves that i deserve my 10k

Plus, Lei Rae announced a refund error today, so i think that clears some stuff up.

I thought you were an admin that could help? also, I contacted the suspect and he is a PRA, he hasn't responded.

Try it at some other time than. As the system is currently bugged we will have to fix it anyway. Than I'm sure everyone will get their gralats back.

Anyways, regardless of who refunded it, it should have given you 10k at least. As Leixia said, the system has been glitchy and sometimes not giving any refunds.

I have been manually adding the gralats after investigating for the last few days.

Other players seem to have no problem contacting me about it. Perhaps change your approach on how you are contacting the admins.

I'm a developer not a PR. But that doesn't seem to fit into your little brain. I can help if I want to and if I got the required rights to do enough investigation and so on. Also these forums are unofficial. That means I wouldn't have to check them in the first place. The staff is allowed to but we can also simply ignore your "i need help" threads just like your suggestions. But not every staff member does ignore those threads as there can be very nice suggestions or we feel like helping (just like I do when people want to know something or need help with development)

The bugged refund system isn't causing customs to be refunded unintentionally. The bug involves refunds occurring (by player or admin) and the money not being reimbursed.

Ignatius, contact me in-game and please don't just say "hi" or "hi street" as that will not get my attention. Start off by PMing me the issue and I will fix it ASAP.

I find it funny how people think all staff are "admins". And that they can all do everything for you.
