Lightsaber and umbrella nerf
 

Why can't lightsabers and umbrellas block melee attacks anymore? NCJ said that Stefan was playing with it earlier, but I was hoping he would change it back to normal soon.

Its gone because it was unfair when players meleed eachother in the same gang to turn their blocking saber into a shooting blocking machine thing, atleast now u see the bullets u reflect when u reflect instead of them being invisible.

Thn what site point of having light saber and umbrella if they can't do that? Coz of that reason the 2 items counted as super rares and made everyone try to get it, now that's been nerfed nothing much special about them anymore :/ it's just another bamboo rod which deflects :/

Kinda same fate of how I bought KSG then it gets nerfed.

It would make more sense if the Lightsaber would be given the ability to block melee attacks considering it costs 100 EC compared to the umbrella which can always be traded or won in a auction.

But really, it doesnt make sense that you can hit someone with a dagger and magical bullets appear from the saber, it still blocks melees, but doesnt reflect bullets when your hit with them.

Hit with melees* it still deflects bullets from guns.

Off-topic : 3/4 of umbrella users are scammers-even Mayu :p

What the hell! I'm tired of this ****! Everywhere I look..People spend like goddamn $50 in game and they get tricked into thinking it's so awesome and bam it's nerfed. You guys may say "Scamming is legal!!!111" But not this kinda scamming,this is bull****,kids spending so much money on this game then they basically end up fooled in the end. Stop this iEra,at least make up your goddamn mind when making an item,seriously unprofessional..

Umbrella is even worse on pc, it doesn't even block bullets more.

The thing I'm really pissed off is about is the fact that I didn't even have my lightsaber for 24 hours before they nerfed it. Ironically, they also nerfed the m16 the day after I bought it, long ago.

All this complaint just because magical bullets nolonger appear when ur meleed? Dont u understand, it still blocks melees just doesnt turn into a machine gun when u get meleed, nothing stopping u from actually attacking the meleer withbur saber, i mean, it still reflects bullets from guns and blocks....

Yes, but it's **** dude, again we kids getting tricked, we get told that this item is the most amazing item, and when yu buy it after few days they make it rubbish, I'm sure this is against cunsumer right act and fair trade act

Well nerfing umbrella I'd say "okay it has a point since the only way to kill was bombs" but nerfing lightsaber I'd say no since it's more rare and undroppable.

I still think the saber is good, I'm just asking for us to be able to at least block melees, if not deflecting them

I think the nerf is right for this item. However, I think the type of blocking should be updated. As I understand it, the saber blocks bullets stationary. It would be better if you could move and block bullets. Then the melee block won't matter and the saber will be worth it's EC. Instead of blocking melees, you should have to dodge instead.

Its usually around %30 at peak times

They should change back the umbrella and the light saber to its orginal state... I mean , its unfair for those who bought it for its ability to block and reflect melee attack..
It sucks when admin change the weapons ability without hearing the opinion of the players about it... This is really not cool.. I guess they should refund us..

Exactly first I was FIGTING or ksg becsuse they nerf that and now they nerf umbrella and light saber seriously admins? Atleast put back melee block on umbrella and light saber :/

Umbrella and light saber are weapons made to be a rare.. Which means it has a rare ability like blocking melee attack and reflecting it... Why would they change it... Admin should think before nerfing all the weapons in iera...

Refund us or at least return the umbrella and light saber to its original stats.

Its like tricking us to buy that light saber and umbrella becuase it is rare and has reflect then the next thing is they nerfed it so that we will buy another weapons which will they release and much better than the previous lightsaber and umbrella...

You were fighting to make the server has an even worse CPU usage.

He is justing trying to express what he feel about that nerfing.... And here you go starting a flame war.... The server doesnt suffer from high CPU usage,, they can easily upgrade it anytime they want.. And as far as i know the little animation or what you call gani will not really affect the cpu usage unless the server computer is a crap.

The server can contain more than 14000 players. Server can suffer CPU usage just by shooting bullets.
Edit : at a maximum of 16384 players to be exact

The Lightsabre etc were glitched to begin with, the fact it shot bullets when a melee weapon hit it? You seriously thought that was intended? Sadly mistaken, I have to say.

If you got scammed, that's your own fault, don't play with fire and you wont get burnt.
