Stolen account
 

Hello, so today I had a very terrible coinidence. My iEra account was stolen. Whoever stole it got ahold of my email. Email password, graalians password. So they reset them. Now 2,600 hours are gone, my huntner is gone, my customs are gone. Yeah, it kind of sucks. If someone could please help me get my account back i.e snk, or a PRA. I would really like if I could get my account back... Thank you.

I don't know who stole it. It happened while I was sleeping.

How could he have known your email address and password?

Yes, I think some action needs to be taken, because this account stealing is beig to comin we seriously need a statury law to protect us from it, and also snk should do something about it or a PRA..

Its your fault if your account is scammed, staff can't do much about it. If your email account gets hacked, that's not Graal's problem.

Your not reading nor understanding, his account did not get scammed, it got stolen/hacked, just the same way your account got banned for hacking others accout in era remember?

I think it's unfair and some action needs to be taken.

As others have said, account security is your domain, we already try our best with several warnings and a secured account system where you have to allow access, not sure we are able to do anything further to prevent account theft, no matter how much protection we put, vunerable people will always be vunerable people at the end of the day :[

Yes but I'm this case, it wasn't hos fair snake, I think a PRA or snk should do somethig about it though.

its not possible to recover the account. Unless you find out who did it, get their IP, go to their house, and talk to their mommy about the mom's son stealing an account and telling the 9 year old to give the account back.

Yes, I recieved my account back. Thank God. He ended up dropping all of my droppable stuff however... The kid was stupid enough to go buy a gang house. So now I have a gang house from his money. Roflmao. Thanks snake for your help. Yes, he got ahold of my email AND password... I don't know how... Anyways, all that matters is that I got my account back.

Nah, it wasn't my nephew... He isn't smart enough to do that.

Regardless, if his password was gained so easily, clearly he hasn't managed his password correctly. Fortunatly his account wasn't merged anywhere else so most of his items have been kept.

Any droppables, as said are gone however.

Remember, change your passwords and keep them complex.
