I hate to be the party pooper and I'm hoping that this will become old news quick, but I've noticed a lot of people carrying weapons that they never had before. Im suspecting that many of guns have been bought through the in app purchase security flaw that was recently uncovered. What, if anything is being done about this?

I'm guessing one huge ban hammer is going to be brought down..

And, to anyone using this apparently the creator of the server has the potential to pilfer many iTunes username and passwords to use for unauthorized purchases. Just a heads up!

You mean exploiting a pack glitch and buying weapons with the false gralats?

The MitM is pretty easy to replicate. Only one probelm. If snk wants to fix this, we're going to have to have a whole new server for authenticating it (unless of course Graal already has that). That's going to either lag the servers even more because of heavy load with all that gralat purchasing, or just buying a whole new server (that physcial thingamabobber) for it and wasting even more money.

I thought iAP Cracker was still detectable and bannable by the servers.

It is, if it checks with the server in the first place. If it doesn't, then you have your free item. Undetected, I think.

Hmm, this thread must have been the reason why we have been seeing more and more fake in-app purchase bans. Maybe not, but it is a daily occurrence.

In conjunction with these bans, we are also receiving a TON of "my brother was on my device and he blah blah blah" and now my account is banned for fake in-app purchases.

Because not all apps are detectable. The one's that allow the free DLC (through the iAp Cracker) are the one's which are un-detectable, otherwise the content would not be added to that device. I think.

It only works on offline games and since graal is online it doesn't work ;)

iAP cracker also works on in App Purchases. That requires the game to have no protections against that though

That's what I use. Don't try it on Graal though. Really don't. DragonVale is nice to use it on though.

Online games work too..like deadlock and Gun Bros..Many more that i forgot.

Using fake in App Purchases actually don't reset you. You just get a ban and you won't get the Gralats. There must have been more behind the story
