Not recently, he was probably suggested or Street saw him as a good PR.

I believe we stopped using the old application system (since most of the previous batch is gone except for a few). All the recent canidates were recommended by other players and staff and the best of those were choosen.

All of my friends that became staff or admin became really mean and they stop playing for a while, then when theyre on they dont respond to you. That even happens to some non-admins but im not pointing fingers.its mostly from noobs constantly spamming them with pintless questions and being insulted and asked for free stuff and all that. I enjoyed having marker as a friend, but im afraid that the same will happen to him.

Also when players become admins they get really glued to it, they become mean because of their powers, start becoming someone they're not etc. once they get fired they eventually quit the game like a noob. That's how it goes, but I've only known about 2 Admins that haven't changed and didn't get sucked into power
