Hello,
This isnt a whine thread, im just making this thread because i want to point out someone inparticular. Now i know its the persons own fault for trusting this person but i completely hated his attitude and want to highlight to you so you know what hes done.

Awhile ago Jeni (leader of xoxo some may know her) bought a taser on auction for an equivilent of $25USD. She is a nice caring person so she allowed people she trusted in her gang to borrow it. Now you can probably put two and two together that Justice/Jdog did keep it. Jeni was sad because she had trusted him, so i decided to get it back for her.

I first offered him items for it to get it back, he was agreeing but then tried to scam. The next time i decided to confront him ask him for it back, continuing this for several days to only get responses of language and other things. He continued to be extremely rude telling people to shutup and didn't care that he had stolen from someone who trusted him. I even betsparred him, which he accepted, and after beating him he just said he didnt care and ran off.

As i said before this isnt a wine thread, i just wanted to see what you guys thinked about him and his childish behaviour. If you ever see him, in the gang skyre or WU and hes using it, well you'll know how he got it. I dont want any comments saying things like "well she shouldnt have dropped it" because im pretty sure it's plain obvious she knows not to be so trusting now, i was just sick of his attitude and how he always walked up to her and waved it around to tease her. Despite her offering to forgive him, let him back into her gang and even give him some items if he returned what isnt his. If anyone thinks they could get it back she would greatly appreciate it. Many have tried but he is unable to listen to reason.

She isn't paying him and she isn't really whining. She's staying calm and asking people that she trusts if she can buy a new taser from them. What justice did wasnt cool, but jeni has gotten over it and Sam is just being a good friend and trying to help her out.

cry over pixilated items. that's a sign of a true winner right there. she also got her umbrella scammed from what i hear so obviously she has not learned. you are basically asking everyone on the forums to harass a player for scamming. scamming is legal, grow up and realize it is a game. good lord

hell, let us start making a thread for every scammer asking everyone to harass him or her till he or she gives back the item. that sure will work. yea, no wonder snk barely looks at the forums anymore. useless crap like this

Look at the morality side of it. He backstabbed his own friend for the sake of an ingame item.
Sam isn't crying about the lost item, neither is jeni, this isn't one of those "X SCEMD ME!!1ONE" threads. I hate those threads as much as the next guy.

Harass the scammer. PK him. Verball abuse him, find out his real name and find his Facebook. Let him have no peace. Harass him till he returns it.

Then watch her be a dumbass and waste more money on a auction. Iera auctions are Just lame excuses to get kids to waste their parents money to outbid for a little pixelated weapon. It's pathetic.

Well in this case he sounds like he deserves to be harassed till he gives it back. Plus harassment is such a grey area offense staff hardly ever ban for it, if they did ban for harassment that would take forever and be just as bad as if they were to ban for scamming.

staff jail/warn/ban for harassment everyday. You play classic, we have different staff

people have been banned for scamming because they did it so often and so frequent snk decided to stop them himself. Seeing as he scammed one person, as have all of these whine threads have done, I highly doubt he will be banned. Unless you plan on banning everyone that gets accused. And if you ban just him that is a sign of favoritism to Jeni seeing as you do it for no one else, and yet again, staff are to remain unbiased

look i am not defending the guy and what he did, i have never scammed, never will, because i am not dumb enough to trade.

Well you say it's different between servers but pms can be done cross servers and someone could harass him out of game. Then what?

if it is done in public it is taken care of, report the person, it is checked.

with that said, did he scam her in public? is it affecting gameplay? is it any different from the other 200 scam cases? or is it just the fact that it is Jeni that people wanna do something

I have no idea who jeni is, but if what the original post says is true then this guy is really a dirty bastard, it's not even a scam because she was giving it to Any of her friends and she gave it to him and he won't give it back and broke his promise on a spar.

Jeni sounds like a idiot if she was spending 25 bucks on a little virtual pixel weapon and a fool if she was letting her friends use it when it could be stolen. She may be a idiot but what this guy did is still really bad.

Wow....surprise..as usual jester has such kind things to say towards me...anyway, I appreciate the support from my friends, it wasn't expected or required. Lots of peeps have contacted me trying to help, I am humbled by your kindness.

If it was about morals, he would have explained to story, how he felt, and asked others opinions. He did all that, but also added the bit of which i highlighted.
