Rather not apply for GFX, don't want to be one of classic's tools.

i perfer to come up with ideas and make stuff for them, not make hats and graphics for stefan to make money off.

Rezon isn't wrong. You're better off applying for a server that would actually care about the amount of time you put into it rather than blowing you off. If you've been or heard about the staffs firing you'd probably agree.

This should shut up the ragers who keep saying only Initiative members get hired.

This is the exact reason why I would not apply.

Answer is, I'm not sure. Surely there are members on the staff team that have been banned at least once. There used to be a staff member named Slim who was notorious for being a great glitcher, and was jailed multiple times. Not sure about now. Good luck.

Tons of them are going to apply, some will get rejected but they're still in the graphics guild with the people who rejected them

What does the initiative have to do with this at all? I for one am in it and I don't care much for being hired.

I am talking about iClassic in particular, if you like making hats then this is the server for you!

I've seen many people in that guild change drastically because they want to be hired so bad

I would love to be hired, but you guys turn down people with the most skill and hire the people with the most expierence in the GAME it-self. My opinion.

This only really applies to Graal Police and is not the case for development staff.
