Custom Stealing
 

Why do admins never do anything about customs stealing? This guy has literally stolen two heads from me and edited them. His name is brute, he says to get his customs from a person named slasher. When I ask a admin to help they say stealing player customs is allowed. On the rules it says that you cant upload someone elses gfx without permission. This guy never asked me squat. Why do people that work hard on customs just get them stolen and stealers just sit around all happy and junk.

I only got stolen once. But I didn't care that much because that guy uses my old head and is re-colored. Side note: he is in my gang. He didn't know that the head he used was already made by someone else. But I let him use the head. He simply renamed himself into... Daddy Ghost.

Same reason as why scamming is legal. They have better things to do and you can't fully prove you made it and someone stole it. It's just pixels ...

Once anything is uploaded to the server, it owns it

To many images are uploaded, if you read the thing saying 'Urgent News' in the Custom Area it'll tell you all about it.

Graaldepot.com =free customs that have been "stolen" just take them, no one really cares. If u want it to special and one of a kind, make is so complex that no one wants to remake it, and don't post it anywhere, that's dumb

You can steal customs without anybody posting them online

Well I obviously don't know how lol. I have no interest in customs, all a guy needs is the noob head and noob outfit.

Here's how I do it.
Some dip**** steals my custom, I steal his and make it way Better, He dies, I laugh.

If someone steals your custom means they love your graphics.
Oh and nobody steals mine cause its scary xD!

If you use graal depot, there's a chance an admin will remove that custom you got from graal depot. With my custom, it's originally made by me. So that means I did not steal any work.

Don't know what you are talking about. Also if someone else would upload your body we would not be allowed to refund it. We won't refund bodies from such websides unless they break rules as copyright and so on.

I'll call bluff, a long time ago Xertic got his head posted on twiz graal and basically all the people that uploaded it got it refunded. Why is it different now?

Actually, staff hates the fact and doesn't like to have copyrights from other head makers/body makers... But, in your opinion, is it possible? Staff cannot remember each head uploaded as it is or who have uploaded it first, so basically head/custom stealing is legal, but staff disagree with it.

I understand your concerns, I am also against copying customs, but as stated in our FAQ room for customs, we simply don't have an efficient way of enforcing that rule. There are thousands of customs and we receive hundreds per day. There is no way we can check each upload to see if they're a duplicate.
