So just recently a new system was added, it is basically an account transfer that you can do on your own, plus VIP benefits such as being able to access your accounts from multiple devices. Pretty sweet, comments?

Yep. This benefits everyone. If I were the person who typed up the news, I would've made it clear that this eliminates account transfers because I'm sure there's still someone who's confused and doesn't understand.

The annoying thing is, iPop quit classic and was gonna give me his account, but we can't seem to e able to transfer the stats from his onto mine :/

This needs to be added on Era

im not sure, what exactly is this why do i need to do it and what will happen? will i have two acounts and need to login every time? why would it even do that we are supposed to only have one account per device!!! WHAT THE HELL IS STEFAN DOING????

This is such a step in the right direction for iClassic! Tbh so many good things seem to be happening there lately--I'm quite impressed.

Finally managed to transfer my account. I applaud this. This is a very good move.

I'm happy about this. The only problem is, if someone has your email they could easily log onto your account, right?

I still don't get it. I logged on and got this exact message saying "press this to make sure all your items will be safe"

You need to verify any device that wishes to log in to an email by logging into that email and clicking a link automatically sent to you. As long as your email is safe (and you don't accept a device you do not own), your account will be safe, too.

This update is great, though. Only time will tell if the number of scams account thefts decrease, or if we will need to take the last step of implementing passwords to match every account email in addition to email verification...

It allows for an easy transfer of accounts and it prevents account theft from the previous login style. Also I believe stefan is getting rid of the old udid system.

Finally, the updates are actually getting useful!

Technically not a "transfer", but logging into your old account on a new device. This way there are less unused accounts.

This is just something small, but an annoyance nonetheless:
When I transferred my stats to my new account, I lost my awesome apple state. It irritates me.

Another reason not to get VIP

They just added a reason to get VIP, colorssssss.

The new accounts system will be enabled now. It's like VIP accounts, but free. You will see a new 'Identify' button when you login or when you go in the main menu. Don't be shocked, it's not mandatory, but recommended and free. You will be able to use the same account data from several devices and even Facebook, for free. This is using e-mails to approve new devices. Don't allow strangers to access your account, they might spend your gralats or make other problems.

I like this update! Now I can play from facebook without having VIP.

The "previous login style" had an email-confirmation the first time you login on a devic (that way people who know your email address cant login)... but the login system didnt do that?... or does it still have email confirmation, just its unnecessary for people who had VIP before?...

basically what im asking is: with this new system, what happens if someone else tries logging in with my email address?

They can't do anything until you confirm the email that a new device has accessed your account.

They need to have access to your email account and accept an email confirming usage of your account, it's the same thing as VIP only free.

It just adds extra colors for you to use.

I don't have any videos or pictures but I've tried it out and it is completely safe, it is just free VIP account usage. As in you can use one or more accounts on any device as long as you approve it by email.

I actually like the new login system not having to go through your non vip just to log in and having it go straight to your vip account or whatever it is now, but while testing it out I did come across a couple of problems (Not sure if these are fixed) but say you login while another device is on the account, you will not be able to login until the account has been fully disconnected or you log back on the pc:id account.
