Why am i no-longer whitelisted on graalians medival minecraft.... i've spent like 7 hours on the server already.

about what happened on the minecraft server

i was told it was war, i did what was in the rules, i didnt know i had to have mattkan on, because i knew he would kill me, he is the only op so that rule is pretty biased,

i warned him the rules would make it bad, i attacked the kingdom like it is in war, like he would do to exoria, then he threatened me with a ban, he should have never owned a kingdom, he couldnt be impartial about it, i built that city for him, and i destroyed it, like it is said, alls fair in love and war, the barricades, the killing, the fact chaotic tried to declare war.

i destroyed and showed what the games rules would cause, i tried to get matt to just roll back, but he kept yelling at me and insulting me and ordering me around, and not listening when i said i had to go, and i had enough. so i bombed that castle.

this is war, this is what you wanted, dont try to extort me with threats of bans, because when mattkan made it not fun, i didnt care about bans,

stroseria is no more. Exoria has won. i did what i was told, i am a demon, i am a wrecking machine, im not someones bitch and i dont take kindly to threats, you brought this upon yourself,

it was war. even if it wasnt, my attacks started a war, and id say that stroseria lost that war,
i didnt hack the server, i didnt bust anything. i just made the tnt when i knew matt would ban me anyway.

i liked the server. i didnt like being threatened when i did what i was told to do, attack stroseria, alls fair in love and war, i just have a feeling this was stacked, obviously mattkans kingdom wasnt supposed to fall, because if i did this to the rebels or exoria no fuss would be made.

MattKan dont you just have a previous save?

Wow higbey... that's uncool. Because you have a problem with how a game's run do you really have to end it for everyone. I spent alot of time on that server and I actually found it fun. Thanks dude

Higbey blew up the server, then MattKan made him fix it. Then he spawned 5K TNT and made the server explode.

DOesnt mattkan have a backup... WHY arent i whitelisted anymore...

i didnt end it for everyone. i did what was in the rules didnt you read? it was war, i destroyed stroseria, then mattkan threatened to ban me if i didnt rebuild it, then he started insulting and yelling and threatening me so i went out with a bang.


he was the one that stopped the server, he was the one that didnt play by his own rules. stroseria was supposed to be defeated and people would join exoria or the rebels, thats how it was supposed to work. but no, mattkan didnt want to lose.

Because there is no server, there fore no reason to whitelist you.

Isnt he the guy who is in heavy support of making games better for players? I don't think destroying hours of work when everyone who would defend it is offline/away is really making anything better

the rules allowed griefing. id show you them but mattkan saw i was defending myself and deleted the thread,

i made the castle and many other things there for before the server was released. i destroyed my own work too. also people were online to defend it, i was the only one attacking, everyone could have ganged up and killed me, but they didnt, fireen was the only threat.

it was war, it was how it was supposed to happen, just mattkan wanted it to happen to exoria instead of his own kingdom falling.

It sounds like mattkan was pulling the "child that wants it his way or nothing" act.

It was a war server. It said so in the rules.

From my perspective, MattKan is being the prick here. He had a special list of rules and guidelines just for his own enjoyment, one being you could only declare war when he was online; which kind of ruins the purpose of "kingdoms."

Having an OP as a kingdom owner is a horrible idea, since they have a huge unfair advantage with access to item spawning and other shenanigans. Even if they don't use stuff like that, players would still feel discouraged.

Whether or not you dislike MattKan you really ruined some of my time I put into that. Im more newer to online minecraft, your not helping the experience.

I disliked the way mattkan ran it yet, but i dont care if he was OP, you could have just quit the server. But higbey doesnt have the self-control to just get along with normal people.

Mattkan tailored the server so he was supposed to win. When he didn't, he freaked. I followed the rules and did as I was told.

Plus Higbey is right the rules clearly state that if there's war griefing is allowed.

This is why I don't like pvp/war servers.

I didn't hack or blow up the server. Mattkan was freaking out and threatening me and I knew he was gonna ban me so I made the castle into TNT and lit it so it would blow up, he stopped the server and banned me and harrassed me on skype. I never hacked or destroyed the server.

Well I told mattkan the rules he had were gonna make the server go to hell, and it did within like three days

Hmmm. If Chaotic declared war openly on Strosia, then yes, Higbey was allowed to be a ***** to all us. But seriously? Our leader isin't even on to, well, lead us and you go and blow up everything. Everyones house, the gallows, some buildings, the castle, the statue... Really? Yeah, Matt's annoyed because some guy griefed his ENTIRE NATION while he was offline. I'd be kinda pissed to log on to find out some ****** griefed everything that I spent building for the last week. He spents all that time, and his own money paying for the server, yet you act like he's just freaking out because you broke his toys. It's his server too. It's not cool.

All this **** started because of Marker stealing Chaotic's crops and killing his animals.

this is how i feel. higbey just because you feel you CAN do somthing think about what the point is. There were other people than mattkan actually using that server. like me.

He did the right thing by killing a corrupt system.

Can someone please recreate this type of server with a revised system? I would appreciate it.

For the last time, I did NOT cause all of this. Get your facts right before you go around blaming people just because they had a food and such in their inventory when you killed them. (when you were living in the same community). They when you found out that you were screwed, you hacked it so that you couldn't die so that you wouldn't loose all of "your" items. Which were not "your" items. They were the other citizens of Stroseria (including mine) that were in your inventory after killing them.

We were so close to having a dedicated forum minecraft server again... thanks higs.

Hello everybody!

The server will be reopened on Friday with a new map and (possibly) new kingdoms. I am taking what I learned about our little go this weekend to ensure that the new server is more successful and more fun for all. A thread will soon be opened with more information.

If anybody would like to share ideas for improvement, please forum PM me.

As far as Higbey goes, he did grief (illegally) an entire kingdom and later abused some commands to break LogBlock which caused issues that broke various other key aspects of the server. It's sad, but looking back I'm glad that we can start over fresh--not because my kingdom was destroyed but because there's certain things I'd like to change about the rules.

I was constantly looking for more OPs from other kingdoms to assist me.

I'm going to prove to you that I am capable of running a server when the server opens this Friday.

The map is actually already in development and new kingdoms are being built. Could you please explain how the rules should be revised?

Yes, because seeds and wheat can come from thin air. You had no idea how to make tools, how would you make wheat?
Oh, the only items you had were was a pick and axe, and everything else which belonged to Chaotic.

Start protecting stuff. Crucial things.

dont allow griefing or killing or stealing, thats the only way to avoid this stuff, also get a better protection and rollback system, and more mods. also ops shouldnt be in kingdoms and should be impartial


if that was done maybe id consider rebuilding the map, hopefully creating stuff i wont have to tear down in war.

You're not welcome on any server of mine. Don't think the lack of Higbey on the server is hindering the development in any way.

I haev some suggestions for revised rules...
1: You or any OP cannot be in a kingdom/own a kingom/favor a kingdom
2: Make checking logs more easy people were getting away with too much stuff
3: Dont act like a troll like u sorta did this server (EX: I wonder who killed ur animals hehe)
4: keep kingdoms in line. You let all this drama and war and threats pile up and you were giving in to them.
5: You need to save backups incase someone like higbey pulls another mass "legal-jackassing" episodes.

I think the best way to make the server work is to make it not a war server, it will only cause various problems and confusion such as whether or not that type of griefing is legal, whether its a war time or not, who is in whose kingdom, also I suggest trying to get more OPs because from what I heard you were the only one, which sounds like a real problem to me. I cant wait for the new server and hope to see the Minecraft section of the forums back!

hm.. you may need to revise the ruleset to make it more clear..

You could enable tp and second homes so people can get to their kingdom when it's under attack but not lose their place

damnit i was going to buy minecraft too...oh well. And yea i dont think a mod or an "op" whatever that is, should own a kingdom if they have all that power. seems like a major disadvantage (someone should gift me minecraft cuz my visa wont work :mad)

So much for making up and burying the hatchet. If I had known it would have escalated to this level id have just sat on my island till someone else annilated one kingdom.

I was expecting you'd be a bit upset, but stroseria would be over and the rebels would become a new kingdom and the people of stroseria would Join exoria, but you freaked out and threatened and insulted me untill I snapped and blew up stroseria with the TNT.

I had nothing against you or your server until you started threatening and ordering me around and making it not fun for me.

Honestly this pvp kingdom stuff isn't good.. All it did was get us mad at eachother and hate eachother, we used to be great friends, there's no such thing as a friendly war. I think this taught everyone that...

Actually, now that the server went away, Matt told me about the little Search and Destroy mission you and him went on. I was right the whole time, I even pieced together the evidence beforehand. So yeah, apoligize to Dragon.
