well, you could look at the other players wearing the hat...like the guy below the hat hat....

Nobody around was wearing it surprisingly when I was there. I looked for someone wearing it in there, but just decided to buy it seeing it looked cool from the preview. iEra has a preview for clothing items which is why I think iClassic should too.

EDIT: This may not seem like a big deal to some people buying the hat, but to me it does matter. When I see the preview I want it to look like that when I put it on. I don't want it to be different.

I agree with OP. They should use the front facing icon like they do with other hats. IDK why they haven't implemented the preview system that Era has yet, SNK is more than willing to share his systems with iClassic.

It's just a side view, it's not "false advertising" lmao. There was also a lot of people wearing it, so i find it hard to believe you didn't see it.

Not in the store. I just don't see the point of putting a side view when every single other hat in the game is showing the front view. It's not what I was trying to purchase. I thought I was purchasing a side view cap. Again though, I don't see why iClassic doesn't have the clothing preview option when like Skill said Snk was willing to share the scripts and other features from iEra.

There's no point in that either. Why can't they all face the same view to avoid confusion?

If the hat was sideways on the front view, I wouldn't want to buy it, it would look seriously bad.

This really pissed me off too, when I came in I was like "ZOMG SIDE WAYZ HATZ AHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!" Then I realized this was not so... And It's kinda dumb they do this, it definitely seems like false advertising to me because it looks awful from a front view but awesome from the side.

Yeah, I was planning on making a look with it, but now it's not the same. I just wish they would add a preview already. A lot of games/avatar stores where you can purchase clothing/armor have it.

You're missing the point completely. It's not how good it looks in other people's eyes. I personally would have liked it sideways and by how it was displayed I thought it was a sideways cap in the front view. They always have it facing forward and I thought that was the view for it. When I pay as much as 7,000 gralats for a hat I at least would like it to show the right view or a preview.

Yeah, I do like how iEra manages the game, but I like the iClassic gameplay better for some reason.

I blame it on yourself. I always wait until other people purschase the item so I can see how it looks.

You don't know me. I'm a rushy kind of person where when I get an idea for a look I just get carried away and have to buy it quickly. As you can see in the picture there was no one at the time wearing the hat. If I would have seen someone I would have clearly not bought it. I don't want to rely on watching other people buy items to preview all the time. I would like a preview system.

This is a legit complaint. I don't understand why people are brushing it aside and making excuses for it. I wouldn't go as far as to say this is false advertising, but it is flawed advertising. This breaks what little consistency the game has, and when it comes to purchasing items, that's a no-no. It would be insanely easy to add a display with the purchase confirmation that shows your character wearing the hat(that would change the player direction every second or so) above the confirmation window and would alleviate all problems like this, and in fact make buying hats a better experience. It would literally take like two minutes to script.

Yeah, when I named it false advertising I was mad at the time and those were the first two words that came to mind.

I think it would be really beneficial to have a preview system like iEra. It would just be really great to preview an item before wearing it. Please consider adding it to the game.

Tyler, your complaint makes a lot of sense. All of the other hats are front view, so you reasonably assumed that this was also a front view (in other words, a unique side ways hat).

I find it absurdly rude that people are attacking Tyler personally saying that it was his fault that he didn't see someone else wear the hat. The comment "Lol,What?If it were sideways it would look like crap" similarly makes no sense.

I don't buy hats, and I think they are a waste of money. But I don't respond "omg Tyler you buy hats you're stupid." If it is a concern to one player, it is probably a concern for other players. Graal's a business, and making players feel cheated is not good for business.

The front view looks ****, they probably put it sideways so people would actually buy it.

Preview system would be amazing though.

They props wont add, if they have a preview system theyll see it looks wierd on their character and wont buy, nd classic lovves moneh, 75% of the hat i have i bought cause they looked cool to find out they didnt match my head and wasted money, era diesnt care if ppl dont buy their 5000 hats though cause they get mountains of cash anyways
