What condition, here is a pic of mine:
When I first got it, i cracked the side a bit. Then my friend dropped it face down and shattered it, then my brother also dropped it. Still works tho ;D

Pretty bad photo, but it has a bend in it :P still works properly though.

Lol you all need cases for your ipods and phones. I've dropped mine like 20 times with the case on and it's in prefect condition.

I've been using my crap plastic blue case for 2 years now.

Dropped my 2G so many times and once it fell on the corner and now I got some wrenches at the screen. And my 4G is perfect so far. Will try to make pics later on

Apple products are meant to be easily breakable...Just look at the back of ipods, all scratched up even with a case on it

Totally agreed. Got a case on my 4G since I got the 4G and never took it off. After a while I saw all those scraches. Gave kinda up using it.

My mom puts a clear screen/back protector on all of our devices before we use them, no scratches at all.

I'm not that overprotected :0 having a case on feels weird when playing graal.

MY old ipod lasted 3 years without a scratch, the enw ones feel so vonurable compared to the old bulky ones.

I'm lucky.

Why do you care about scratches lmao, the case is top stop the glass form coming in contact with whatever surface you drop it no so it doesn't shatter.

You clearly didn't "drop" this but deliberately smashed it. those dents dont happy from dropping it. Ive dropped mine so many time on concrete and stone and just little dents happen.
