Most Respected Tower Guild Leaders
 

What tower guild leader do you respect most and why? Any leader, past or present doesn't matter and I won't criticize just wanna see who people respect the most. But don't say something like "Because there my friend" lol actually give a good reason on why they deserve the respect they have.

I don't think there is any leaders of tower guilds I really respect, they all seem like jerks to me.

Lol^. And mine personally is Gabe (PiNoY). He got stuff done, never complains, and doesn't give up. He would have us pk and attack the same guild non stop until we took or had enough fun making the enemy rage lol.

always a good time, pretty chill, I honestly can't remember when he would ever get seriously mad, he would only get disappointed lol

Kenny (Society of Shadows)
he is a mystery but a good leader

Never knew drooz or kenny but never had anything against them. Always respected them a bit for going further than the usual 1k though

Hes respectable because he gives us money for helping him hes so awesome.

I don't mean to start an arguement here or anything but, coaxing members into helping with towers and such with money isnt what I see in a good tower leader.

Lol Rufus. Well towering is what kept me on graal. From starting in pinoy and finally achieving my goal of leading a guild on my own, I just love the satisfaction of taking a tower from another guild. When were bored defending we spam and talk to each other to make the boringness go away lol. Taking sards from any guild is the most satisfying thing on graal to me lol.

I've gotta hand it to two people. Vyse and Droozy are my two personal leaders that I respect the most. When I was in Project Soul, he seemed to always be chill with other people, and to get a guild with only one sub guild to 1k; that's pretty good. Even after I ditched PS around 800 hours, he still arranged for me to receive the 1k hat, but whichever admin was supposed to give it to me forgot. Oh well.

As for Vyse, he was my most recent leader. He recruited me to Cruxis before they were Cruxis Evolution, and got me in his branch. Soon after, I quit Graal. A week or two after I came back, I messaged him about this new guild, Advent V. After a couple of "omg hai i haznt seen you" PMs, he agreed to let me join Advent. Shortly after, he promoted me to a co-leader position, and eventually, a full sub leader. He always listened to the members' suggestions, and some of his tower-taking ideas such as Advent VX and the point system were pretty damn smart. He's always been a chill, funny and down to earth guy, and to this day, even after Advent V ended, he's still the awesome leader I had in 2011.

Recruit, abusing, kick? No leader is good enough.

Project Soul back in 2010 did that, but we did have one sub. It was inactive for the most part, though. We had 25-35 members, and got to 1k fine.

But you do have a point, it's basically necessary to use sub guilds and kicking to have any chance at competing with the "new generation" of tower guilds.

He just thought I would never succeed.. haha.

You didn't succeed and you tell me to learn english? He just said they had a sub and people were kicked for space. And don't hate on guild leaders for doing something you probably couldn't. And the thread was your most respected tower guild leader, not why you don't like any.

Here is what noob recruiting is- Recruiting a random person at a tower who doesn't even ask for tag. It does not mean recruiting a noob who asks for tag. Pointing this out cause many people get it confused.

There is no difference in the longrun, they get kicked either way and won't be a permenent member of the guild.

I said which tower leader I respected, no one. I also gave it a reason. Otherwise I would just count my reply as spam. If you complain over me, explaining why I don't like anyone, you should also complain over Agony, that gave you a much longer reason then mine. I've never tried, and I will never even do, making a guild that will have to keep the 25 first recruited graalians. Didn't know what you wrote in the first sentences so; sorry if I write something wrong here.

Forgot about Chibi. He is one of the best leaders in my opinion and CJ will easily become #1 on leaderboard with him leading.

Also, I would like to put out there that any guild leader who brings his guild past 1.5k has to be doing it right. In the many guilds I've observed, members tend to lose interest after 1k. If a leader can keep that loyalty and determination in their respective members after 1k, my hat's off to them.

I would say Santa (Cruxis Evolution) but he can be annoying with all his rages, I like Chibi 9v9 a lot but I havent talked to him enough to call him my favorite, I used to like maeby but now I can't stand her so I don't have any tower guild leaders that I like.

Guys. Most of us were let into a tower guild when we were noobs and thats how we became interested in towers and graal and built from there. As you all say having a bunch of noobs is OP or un-respectable, they come with disadvantages as well as balanced advantages. Many people without amazing kills/stats have to fallback on using some noobs as its their only option. I respect anyone who manages to get towers and still survive aound all the admin and monopoly guilds. Except the guild graal, thats an exception lol.

Whenever I ended up with a VG tag I just listened to her scream and cuss at all the members to get the tower. And then she quit the guild... Guess nobody else could have continued it? Lots of people were upset when it ended. She clearly doesn't care about anybody but herself.

I would have to say Shinta(R3druM). He doesn't sit his butt in the flag room all day like some other leaders. He actually goes down and help. And he has good tower strategies. He also treats all the perms and non-perms members the same but we rarely had any non perms anyways 0:.
