My username is "Eugeen", feel free to add me in-game.
Just know that I'm not very talkative but if any of you need anything feel free to ask. Anyways, right now I'm just killing vorkath as moneymaker, aiming for upgrades to my gear setup to get quicker/easier kills and also just to fund my buyable skills like construction so I can get an ornate rejuvenation pool and the ornate jewellery box |
Xan i have 5k
add me: ilp |
i just downloaded it to give it a try. is this sync'd with PC OSRS?

Dang. I got hacked in 2013-2014 and appealed in 2018, cause they didn’t have appeal page before (i missed their original appeal deadline when i was hacked, i didn’t knew it for 6+ months). Finally unbanned after 4-5 years..
Didn’t even have to explain a thing. |

@Perseus, they have some way to check it. Idk, from IP to like mac address or something. they knew it was you. they have permanent data to determine certain things.
instead of going back to rs3 (keeps crashing on my mac now), i started fresh on osrs. I'm not a member yet, ill prob decide when i hit the f2p softcap. edit: Can someone explain why bond cost $7, but membership is $11 per month? iirc bond is same as membership, but tradeable? whats the catch here? |

You can also sell bonds on the Grand Exchange which can get you around 3.6m-4m coins. |
Let’s grind endlessly for minimal end-game entertainment!!!!

There's also that everything you achieved in-game will still hold value and be there 5-10 years later which is something you don't get a lot in games anymore nowadays. Most games are hyped up for a while and once that dies down everything you did in those games is basically worthless since everyone moves onto the next new thing. As for end-game stuff I can understand that once you max out the basics you will probably feel a bit of a void but that's the point where you have to start making your own goals instead of relying on things like skills and achievement diaries which tell you what to get and do. Think of things like 200M exp in all skills, collecting all pets, collecting all rare/useful items, getting all minigame items, etc. |
Yeah both OSRS and RS3 have tons of “end-game” content.
Getting all 99’s is just a small portion of the content even though it can take a while, but getting all 99’s doesn’t suddenly make the game easier or leave you with nothing to do. Bossing, PvP, minigames, (200m/pets as Eugene mentioned), achievement diaries, questing, mini-quests, etc. There’s a ton of content, RS3 especially is geared specifically towards “end-game” content and OSRS has been releasing content that gears towards that. I put “end-game” in quotations because IMO RuneScape is not a game that actually has one - even if you were to spend 10,000+h getting 200m all and completionist, you could still enjoy things like bossing and mini-games the exact same way someone who isn’t maxed would. A players success on RuneScape comes from setting and achieving their own goals. If you really feel like you need something to do get every treasure trail reward the game has to offer. |
Personally I just love how casual I can be with the game, I could always play while doing something else so it made me feel productive, ironic really
The game being on mobile has opened up a lot of doors, like Eugeen said its just about setting a goal and finishing it really |
