Frogs are Back
 

The frogs have just come back for the rain,
it seems that there spawn rate has been lowered and they’re much scarce then last time.

So far I’ve seen the same 4 different frogs as last year,
orange, blue, green, brown.

The Onnet General store and the carnival both are selling rain related items.

The NPC for handing in the frogs is nowhere to be seen.

i think altogether you need to hand in 400 frogs
but I am not sure how much you you need for the second prize

I can't tell you Fourth/Fifth as I heard speculation you can get blow kiss and if you already have that, you skip a bar. Last reward is a frog storm, could look so much better.

Now I haven't seen the frog storm in person, But it looks like the wolf storm from Nexus from like a year ago but instead of leaves, It's frogs?

Last time the different colors had different 'values' and rarity.

And if I remember correctly, you needed some 800 froggos to get the whole set of items.

Well I got the kiss item after completing everything. I think you get the effect if you already have the kiss

Yes, the Kiss item is back, you'll get the Frog Storm if you've gotten the Kiss from the previous event 2 years ago however.

I completed the request and I received the kiss item,

Yet I can hand in more frogs. It seems it has reset the whole quest or something although when I give the NPC enough frogs it gives me nothing.

Is this supposed to be like this?

Just confirmed that if you don’t have the kiss you will recieve it instead of effect.

After getting the kiss it let’s you do the entire quest again with no rewards except the frog effect in the end so people can get both if they put a lot of effort in

im not doing the hunt is too much work, i just wanted to make a pun

well it hasn't been confirmed yet but I am thinking a few weeks to even a month like last year?

Anyone know how many frogs the kiss thing will take from start to finish? Not sure if i wanna bother catching a million frogs

300 Frogs.

25 for the first item
50 for the second
75 for the third
150 for the final

Only 300? This feels unreal....only 300...

I'm almost certain its the following, as I kept track the first three.
25 for first item
75 for second item
150 for third item

The blue/red frogs are far more valuable than the green/brown frogs, guys. After the second phase, turning in a single brown or green frog doesn't even move the bar...

Trying to say it's "X" number of frogs is silly because you need to consider the value of what you've caught.

I mean I'm fine with catching 150 frogs and toads. Doesn't bother me that's way better than 800 or some crap.

also anyone been witnessing weird problem with some frogs? Was around the clothing shop and I just seen a frog, Completely normal except for the fact it warped into a rebel baddie and was going through walls and everything else. You couldn't catch it either

will we be able to have frogs after the event ?

Yep i saw it walking around onnet general store. Kept transforming back and forth and walking through the walls. Tried catching, it hit me back. I have only seen it once tho.

Also Rusix, if you’re doubting how long it will take you for kiss, i got it from grinding around master li’s dojo -> body shop from 6am to 11 am from 0-150 frogs for last item (kiss)

I saw an octo-spider acting like a cockroach the other day. Using the same movement and everything. It was pretty fun.
