Account transfer
 
(I understand this thread shouldnt be here and send a ticket blah blah, but i have done that ok)

This is getting stupid, I've played graal classic since 2009 and i used an email to identify my account that is old. However the company that provided the email no longer exists meaning i cannot receive any emails linked to said email. This is an issue for me because up until like 2015-16 it was very hard for me to play since I am only logged in on my old device which I'm getting rid off soon. (I cant move to another device since i cannot accept the email as it no longer exists.)

So i send a ticket a few months ago and nothing back, i understand that it may take a long time but this is stupid as i cannot really access my account anymore. Is there anyway for me to transfer my account to a new email in a faster way? thanks.

Low-key hoping admins catch on and maybe consider doing something that most basic games can do, which is offer a ability to change email

still waiting, surely this cant be that bad of an issue, this is a common thing to occur since the game is so old it has to of been planned that people would have the same issue as me.

Toonslab support is beyond terrible.
Sorry to say, but your account's most likely gone.

I don't know why email transferring isn't a thing, so many players have lost their accounts.

When I lost access to my account back in 2014 I had some pretty good items on there, but I said whatever and made a new account... I now I have access to that old account, but can't transfer the items to my current account. I contacted toonslab twice and got the same response back both times welp.

the email I've used for graal will soon be deleted , I would also be interested in transfering as despite quiting I still want to keep my stats in case.

I sent a ticket in for an email transfer a couple months back. The email my account is on doesn't seem to receive any emails from [email protected] so I sent the ticket from another address. I was pretty much told that I had to contact them from the email my account is on even though I can't get into the support site on it.

was this issue ever solved
watch a staff member close this in 5 seconds just because of my curiosity. Anyways was it ever solved ?

i really think we should be making actual accounts instead of being based thru an email, meaning we create an id or username and password that we use... that can be VERIFIED thru email. its kind of ridiculous using only an email but whatever i guess

Highly agree. It would make way more logical sense. It's dumb that they use just email to begin with and not have a ability to switch an email. any other application that verifies through email has a ability to switch it...Maybe they realized stuff happens to emails? I don't know why graal hasn't just put a better log in issue yet. Many people have already lost their accounts over such an issue. You'd think graal would think this is a joke or something at this point

Lol i am in same situation now. I didn’t log in to my stupid email provider for 1 yr and they deactivated my account. If i lose my pc access, the account might become perm locked

My comment on this topic is this, So basically the reason why they use emails to log in and all is because I think it makes it harder for people to hack into account hence why they say don't share email information. If they were to make it "make a graal account" then it might be easier for people like XYZ or JeZuZ or whatever they wish to call themselves to get in.

If you have been using the same ip, and maybe the same device, then there probably isn't an issue with asking a lead staff member to change it by pming them.

I did this once, all though the account didn't have much on it. They changed the email fairly quickly, and I didn't have to open any inboxes
Not sure which position Neo and Xor had specifically (managers?), but those are the kind of staff you want to ask

If you'd like to suggest an alternative system to email identification, make a new thread in the "Future Improvements" section of this forum.
