New Graal Era Forum Theme
 

The new forum theme for Graal Era has been finished and is now live!

To switch, scroll to the bottom of the site and there is a box selector in the bottom left that will allow you to switch back and forth between themes, alternatively just click here and it will switch the theme for you.

Two down, two to go :)

The scene is taken exactly from Era as the Classic one is taken exactly as it looks in Classic, most likely they did it in-game with the intention of that road being downhill(?) not entirely sure.

They're for us normal, un-picky people

Would make the best impression for graalians visitors to have different forum themes for each forum section they go on, like the zone forum theme when they go onto the zone forums and so on. But they still have the option to customize which theme is on which section or just have one theme everywhere they go

Remake the Pluffie theme too. (maybe it could be the default theme and THEN the user could choose which of the four and someday maybe even 5 other themes).

Id say do a zone one next but the map will change 5 times before u finish

Instead of making the start area for zones background they be better off just putting its tileset animated down as its background cause we all know thats never gonna change

Zone's background will be the most accurate as there are no characters in-game either

For all those curious about the artist, it's just commissioned work from a professional artist who is an outsider with no actual knowledge of Graal and will remain unnamed.

I will and have been passing along all the positive feedback you guys have been leaving and they're very glad you guys enjoy it.

On a final note, feel free to suggest possible background ideas for Zone/Ol'West!

For Ol'West you would be better off useing one of the oasis as the background if u want a greenish one but if you want sandy area then eathier do the buildings by trade in start or do the town above Trainstation base called Mirefield everywhere else is dead and ugly like graal memes.

Well in that case i bet that artist was weirded out by having to draw a bus that says " grab me"

maybe they had them at the ready? If not maybe it didn't take that long to add the extra details.

Besides, Zone and Ol'west are less important that Classic and Era, which probably have larger playerbases on the server at a time. (although the o'lwest subforum has been quite active lately). Jokes set aside, "at this rate"? I never knew there was some kind of time limit they had to be done in. Considering the artist has never actually played graal.

Era's Christmas theme should be up as well :)!

All backgrounds will be finished before the end of January for sure, they are being made in the order that they were released in.

Christmas tends to be a busy season for a lot of people - but the Zone background should be finished before the end of the month.

Don't even worry about making a zone background, it will go unnoticed

There is absolutely no iconic Zone scenery at this point lol. I can't possibly imagine what they might come up with.
