Fall Graal 2017
 

Not really officially fall yet but it will be very soon and I have seen some leaf piles around the map and such.

Ideas for when Halloween decorations will start being put up and what new content will be added in the new area and possibly all around the game? Since it has been said that the content was pretty much all released when it was finished do you think the new area will be open sooner than last year? Maybe the witch was last minute and will be released sooner and available for much longer than one day?

Lol let's use this thread for all fall stuff and not make a whole new thread when every new Halloween thing comes out.

I only wish to have the fall map like with the orange trees. Just to experience it once.

Hopefully nothing good comes out since my first ban ends in March

I enjoyed last years halloween event, glad to see there was more ways of getting candies and the extension of dw was nice!

Hopefully this years halloween can be similar? And not putting candy baskets In people's houses

Dusty did confirm at one point that the Deadwood extension will return every year, the mushroom house and candy collecting will likely be the same.

this is a really weird request, but maybe implementing radios for certain events (like halloween for example) can be added to spook up your house?

Not weird, been asked. Special music radios should be a thing for every event with new music, for sure :)

I'm impatient to see the zombies and skeletons revive this year too :D

Not only will the DW expansion be back it will be added onto. Remember that random cave that was caved-in and if you went to the bottom you could drag down and see a place you couldn't get to?

Admins, plz please our eyes by making the most of the tileset orange w/ warm colors. Its only right to make it before winter cause thats when the map is eye burning

one was the candy basket which imo was terrible. There was also a year or two of ghosts. Thats all i remember.

Please please please don't do candy bowls, but make sure that hit reg when netting ghosts is much better then it has been in the past (may just be the server)

They are doing what they did last year.

Usually most of the graal events are always repeated so it's nothing really new anymore, same old stuff same old content.

Last year had ghosts, goblins (spawned in the grass), trick or treating to random NPCs in towns, and the giant pumpkins to get candy.

Last year there were more ways on obtaining candy, it wasn't the normal finding it inside ghosts, you could kill pumpkin blobs that would explode candy, goblins would throw candy out, etc

SUGGESTION: ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE EVENT , ZOMBIES SPAWN EVERYWHERE (EVEN IN SAFEZONES/TOWNS) EXCEPT INSIDE HOUSES. ZOMBIES DROP CANDIES OR SOME STUFF TO EXCHANGE FOR CANDIES

the fallpics1 tileset from years back was cool, so hopefully they've been working on a fall variation on the current tileset

I personally think candy bowls was great. It was actually more 'real' compared to others. When you get past the age of like 12 (Especially here in the UK.) You can't really go out trick-treating unless you have younger family.

I also requested for a zombie apocalypse like a year or two ago, but I think they said it didn't match the theme of Classic. Still a cool idea though. Wouldn't mind seeing zombies with speed boost, attacking your character in groups.

I think getting candy has been kinda easy/consistent for the past few years so I would like to see a little challenge added in this year's event but I guess it's probably going to be the same theme since that actually has been working well. But if we can't have a zombie apocalypse, can there be new monsters or baddy npcs added to this year's theme? Like maybe add bats all over the map that attacks you as you're trying to grab/net candy from the ghosts/goblins/pumkins. So eventually you'd have to kill them while trying to also take the candy. As for swamptown, it'll be cool if the green slimes turn black like the ones inside of the railroad system. If you take damage from them, then your character slows down for 5 seconds. Or maybe they can leave a slime trail wherever they jump towards, that slows down your character if you walk over the area. Not sure if Classic is even planning to add the witch back into this year's event, but hopefully not since she was quite glitchy + the broomstick was rare so it'll suck seeing it be used for another year. But I think they should add the headless horseman, dracula/vampire or some other kind of halloween character into the event in place of the witch if they decide to do another similar event. Instead of being the first one to click on the npc, maybe we could use another way to communicate with the npc. So for the headless horseman, it could just be whoever shoots him with their arrows first that'll get the prize from him after a series of trivia questions... And as long as the perimeter gets scripted to make you immune to arrows around the npc so no one's spamming arrows towards one another. As for dracula, I just think it'll be cool to add him into the event, and have the prize set as a dracula cape accesorry item or something related to that character lol. If not, then I'd like to see a dracula inspired cape sold at Club Crypt :D.

I mostly stay on iEra for crypt but this year I think I might stay on classic if everything turns out good because I love fall and graaloween, Its like I have an obsession

It's officially Fall for those of you in the northern hemisphere and it's September 22nd btw.

Earth is on an axis (A tilt.) which, when the north hemisphere is tilted towards the sun it is summer or spring. When tilted away it is Winter or Autumn. Obviously its a bit more complicated than that, but thats the basics of the seasons.
