Future Nexus Concepts?
 

Previous thread had been closed for this (years ago it seems).

I was just thinking how cool an trades-related nexus could be. Logging and mining and building... lots of hats/furniture/ganis/morphs could be created along those lines... and the scenery in the actual event could almost be sourced or inspired completely by in-game tiles.

If you struggle finding a theme for Nexus, think that the themes we had for now where based from countries (japan, africa), eras (cowboy, retro, space (futuristic)), or themes (sport, food, games (rpg),tales).

The team won't also take a theme that sound too close from one they already made because of the lack of content that is now possible to make
There is also some themes that cannot be made because we already saw them in revolution or different events (20century wars, prehistoric stuff, Egyptians...)

If i had to give some ideas from what I explained :

- maybe a world Nexus, like making a travel around the world and buying the most famous hats, foods and more of countries as Brazil, India, Australia, France, Kenya

-An industrial themed Nexus wich you would regroup with a steampunk Nexus

-A small world Nexus like if we became small as the size of an insect and went discovering the garden and kitchen

Music nexus - A nexus with a lot of different instruments (maybe the instruments around the bars of Graal could finally be introduced to players) and music related hats. Possible hats/accessories could be miniature instruments, all of the music notes, a lot of different styles of headphones, a MP3 accessory, earbud accessory, microphone hat, ect.

Possible rooms inside of my this nexus: Opera house, rave-like area, theater with stage, "outdoor" pavilion.

That's just thinking off the top of my head. I'm sure there are plenty of other options for furniture and hats too.

I want to delve further into the PC gaming genre.
And I'm not talking about CS:GO.

I'm talking about something huge. And with huge guts.

Better yet, I would like the next Nexus to be Rebel themed.

Oh, shut up. At least let me explain why:

King Tristam has ruled this kingdom for many years, but the one group that keeps on attacking members of the guard are the Rebels.
Originally named Baddies, these enemies have 3 hearts and will attack you for crossing their path, even if they are easy to fight. They currently house four main areas in-game, each having something unique about their location. Their only well-known history is that they once fought with another kingdom, before eventually losing. They later invaded the continent of Graal, waiting to make a move so that they could take over the Castle and rule Graal for good.

So now I hear you asking, "Dude, why would we have a Nexus about these guys? They sound like bad people." But see, that's the thing: they only sound like bad people.

The war that happened many ages ago wasn't really explained that well (probably due to bad storywriting), and it's only implied that they just lost. They aren't called Rebels for no reason, so what REALLY went down that day? What's really the ulterior motive that's driving these Rebels so hard to try and take over the kingdom? And that's what made my brain click:

We aren't fighting the bad guys. We're fighting the good guys.

The main reason why I would like to see a Rebel themed Nexus is because it would be the perfect way to implement some actual story element into the world of Classic. Players would be able to dress up like one of the rebels and would be able to support the rebellion against King Tristam. If this doesn't sound Nexus worthy, then maybe there should be some sort of story development to look forward to.

Throwback Nexus. Let me buy well made hats from 2010-2012.
Every Nexus content never disappointed me. They were well designed. Therefore im fine with any concepts they throw at it.

I would love the underwater nexus though. There could be so much done with underwater style nexus like putting in the Zorbi, Maybe make a quest to get a Zorbi crown which may unlock the Zorbi secret area in the MoD waterfall maybe?

Nexus is a grab and go event, not lasting content.
The Zorbi area in game is remains of an earlier server, as are a lot of sights you might notice in the game. It's been there and impossible to open since day one of iclassic server.
