I have the plus version and I have played before. I decided to play again and it gave me this error:

I tried restarting my idevice. Nothing.

Sending a ticket to toonslab might help. I don't they will reply tho. Why don't you pm a staff member in-game?

I have this exact problem now lol, anyone else, is this an ongoing issue?

I think maybe the issue started after I updated Ol West + on the app store on my iphone.

I could be wrong though, I dont buy many non-holiday hats. So I dont know how long its been like this for me.

Eh, my guess is that the update was meant for the free version that's why it's showing the can't customize error. I could be wrong though, since there's no buy customization pack option in the store.

I still have a buy customization pack in my store, and it says I have it, but it still displays the message that I need to buy it the pack when I try to buy hats etc..... Strange..

I tried buying extra hotkeys. After buying them, nothing happened. No where in the game did I find any extra hotkey slot. Wasted 500 gralats. I seriously need help.

Hey I'm sorry for that problem and no one getting back to you. Were currently aware of that issue happening to some players using the + version and we are working on a way to resolve it, it should be fixed really soon~

I was playing and intended to buy a hat and that popped up for me as well. I also have the plus version. I came to the forums to see if anyone made a thread about it before I would make one.

If this is an ongoing issue for multiple people, they should attend to it like... now.

To be fair I was staff on 2 Ios Servers, staff(normal police etc) can naturally check if you running on + vers and if you have customisation pack etc... but they themselves can't actually solve this(if reloading it doesn’t work)I'm pretty sure, it needs high up staff to solve.

Looking at what the problem is though, this will get fixed it's money generating problem.

Howdy!

I see a lot of people already respond which is a good thing. Hopefully the problem gets fixed soon and you did right by sending a ticket to toonslab and I agree they should of written back to you however to be fair they get quite a lot of tickets but it is still no excuse for not answering your ticket.

Next time you can also try sending a message to the developers in game, you can find the staff list in the emerald saloon.

I understand your frustration with support for not answering, im sure there probably just bombarded with all sorts of tickets and i know some other players are having the same problem so they just haven't gotten around to it. AS FAR AS THE BUG GOES last time i checked the problem wad identified and is beong tackled head on and shohld be all patched up very soon :)
