Custom Head Raffle!
 

Hey everyone! Lately I've been in the mood to make a new head but don't really know what to make. I attempted making my own but, as you can see from my recent post in my pixel art thread, it didn't turn out so great. So...I've seen a lot of raffle threads and such and decided I wanted to do my own raffle for a free custom head! Here's how it'll go:


Entering the Raffle
To enter the raffle, simply post a picture of the head you would like made.
This could be a picture that you drew yourself to give an idea of what you want your head to look like or an image you found online.

Note: If you use an online picture, it can be of anything you would like your head to be based off of. This includes anime or cartoons, literally any character! Just keep in mind that if you do use a picture of something that is copyright I will not make that character exactly for obvious reasons. I'll make a head that resembles the copyright character as closely as possible while still staying within the boundaries of the uploading rules. Just because I'm making the head doesn't mean the rules can be bypassed! That means I also can't put on anything that resembles a hat or accessory.

Optional: If you would like to get into more detail about what you would like your head to look like (i.e. how you want the other frames to look, style you'd prefer (cute, cool, etc.), if you'd rather have different hair or eye colors, additional details to the picture you provide, etc.) that would be more than welcome, and even encouraged! The more details you can provide for me right at the start, the easier it will be for me to make a head you would like.

Selecting the Winner(s)
I say winner(s) because there is a chance I'll make more than one head if the entries seem interesting or if I feel up to making more, but for now there will only be one winner.

After the deadline is met, I'll gather up all the acceptable entries and put the names into a random name picker that Dusty has ever so graciously volunteered to create for me. Once the name picker spits out a winner, I'll post his or her name here in this thread and begin working on the head using the picture and details the winner provided me.

When I finish the head, I'll send it to you via personal message here on Graalians so you can see if you want to edit it further or not. If you're happy with the head and feel it needs no further editing, I will upload it to the server and add it to your account free of charge!

However, if you do wish to edit the head further, let me know and you will have 48 hours (2 days) to edit it yourself or get someone to edit it for you.
Once you have finished editing the head, send it back to me and I will upload it and give it to you. (Make sure you let me know your account number once you feel the head is complete so I can add it to you.)
Note: If you do not get the edited head back to me within the 48 hours, you will not receive the head for free and will have to pay the 20k gralats to upload it yourself.



Rules and such

• If you do not at least post a picture of the kind of head you would want, it won't be considered as an entry.
• You can only enter once, and whatever entry you post last will be considered as your final entry and will be the head I'll make if you should win.
• Again, keep in mind that the heads I make still need to follow the uploading rules listed here: http://classicupload.graalonline.com/
  If you post a picture with a character/drawing that has a hat or anything that goes against the uploading rules, I simply won't draw it in when I create the head or if the picture goes against the rules too much I'll ask that you post a different one else I won't count it as an entry.
• I will make animated heads so long as they aren't too complex and ridiculous.
• If you should win, I will make your head and send it to you via personal message here on Graalians once I'm done. If there is anything on the head you want changed or adjusted, you must do it yourself or find someone to do it for you as I don't particularly want to sit and send messages back and forth to get your head just right. If you do want to edit the head a bit, you will be given 48 hours to do so and send it back to me. If you don't send the edited head back to me within 48 hours, you will not receive the head for free and will have to pay the 20k gralats to upload it to the server yourself.

Q&A
Q: Can we post personal photos/real people for a head reference?
A: Sure! But you have to post them in the thread like you would any other reference. I'm not entirely comfortable with random people messaging me personal photos of themselves. If you're not comfortable posting a personal photo of yourself in the thread, then pick another reference or use a picture of someone else that looks like you I guess.

Q: Can I post multiple references?
A: Definitely! The more references I have the easier it would be to get the details right!

Well. This seems a bit cringey, but I'm a big Star Fox fan. I would honestly be down for any kind of space animal/fighter pilot animal thingie-madoodad. I think it could be a cool head.

Lol Can i show you a pic of me? I really need a head. I can't make one because I don't have pc. Yes I'm poor! I don't want to post my image here, girl. I just want you to see it. Cmon I want a cute monster.

I'd like a 2-D head if possible.

The regular face would look something like this:

although with black eyes instead of white, no bruises, and a bit more of a neutral mouth instead of a frown.

For the grab face I'd like it to look something like this:


For the pull face I'd like it to look like this:


And for the dead face I'd like it to look like the first picture with the white eyes and with the slight frown too.

Details:
-Have eyes blink
-suprized expression when hit
-red hair
-left eye red right eye gray or silver
-no headphones is fine since that probably counts as a hat (Head normally has pointy elf like ears.)
-If you could add a cyan splat of paint on the right cheek that would be awesome.
-would like for the head to be more on the cool side B)

When hurt either tears can come out, or have a "T_T" sorta bored look on his face.

Probably going to get this made one way or another so may as well try it here since I've always wanted an elf head (and the current year old ones are kinda ehhhh)

Voronwe, from LOTR but probably a lesser known character to you all as he's from the First Age, never depicted in films but here are a few drawings of how he'd look.


Details:
- Pointy ears, similar to second pic
- Sea-green eyes
- Hair, tucked in one side but not the other as shown in 2nd pic but done in the style of the 1st pic, probably a darker shade of hair but not pure black
- Grab frame just basic like the default head, same with death minus the blood

Wouldn't mind paying you or another prominent graphics artist as commission work after the raffle is over.

Contradicting saying it's a free custom head that the account will get free of charge but hey they edit and don't send in timeframe and they don't get prize at all they have to pay lmao.. I very much doubt that winner will want editing if they getting free and most likely people in this contest are people who don't do gfx hence them giving an idea of head they want but can't create..

It gives people the opportunity to tweak it if they want, but they have to do so in 2 days from getting it (which is plenty of time).

I want something like my head but better hair and face.
What i want on it: Dark purple hair, white blinking eyes, dark/gray skin.

Details:
- I'd prefer the chin to be round ish (kinda like this: http://i.imgur.com/DqrHnII.png)

- Would like to see the ears to be visible on both sides on the front view

- Pls have the hair lock visible similar to the right picture

- Color wise I'd love the hair palette to be similar to the hair on the left picture

- Blink animation with 7-8 seconds inbetween each blink



Female corrin is best but long hair on graal is annoying since it can't perfectly align on the body at all times :(
