So, as many of you know egg 101 is the rarest. I spent roughly 10+ hours total farming it the past 3 days, and haven't gotten a single drop. Keep note I have hundreds of eggs piling in my inventory so you can understand my determination dropping significantly. As of today and yesterday, I stand around areas where people are trading eggs and my words are "BUYING EGG 101 FOR 27500 GRALATS PM" 27500 gralats being the $10 gralat pack, now this can be seen as scamming in a lot of people's eyes I understand that but why am I getting a ban when I've been afk and haven't done anything the past 30 or so minutes?

I think you were banned because of the fact you were selling in-game items for real currency...which is illegal. I suppose if you had the money in your house farm it would've been ok, but you were inferring that you were giving away $10.

Considering the fact gralats can be purchased, I don't see how it's illegal when you can convert how much gralats are worth to real life money. but hey I'm all for banning someone over trying to buy an egg when they won't add in a very specific trading system.

I think the issue is interpretation on the side of the administrator.

The rule is you can't buy/sell with real currency. It's the same for buying accounts, i remember my friend bought an account which had 150k pks and bks and over 24k hours of in-game time and somehow admins got notified/reported that he had bought the account and his account got "disabled" which reseted his entire account.

If they banned you and not the fella offering $60 upfront before the trade; mind blown.

Perhaps a new policy? All players must read and acknowledge that they understood the rules of conduct, just integrate it into the tutorial quest and more players will be aware

As for the existing players maybe drop an announcement on the news about the "code of conduct", that thing even covers bestiality

Someone sold it for 82,500 when the most that it could cost is 8k. Anyways thats illegal!

I love how the ban reason is "intentional scamming" when it wasn't striken's intention to scam and the scam didn't even take place. This is a really dumb ban reason.

Offering to sell/to buy something index scamming on Graal. Not sure why that's something given - maybe because 95% of Graal management/higher ups usually scamm people. However, until some rules are stated and explained, that reason is really.. dumb, agreed.

I think the problem is that there isn't any trading system where the trade could take place in classic. Not saying you would scam but someone could easily just say they were going to give gralets and not after, which is why administrators wouldn't want people going around saying "gralets for eggs"

If we go by that logic then admins should have taken the same stance against everyone else doing the same as they have towards me.

Must spread rep. This is the most frustrating thing about this game... lack of a strict set of guidelines for administrative actions.

There isn't much you can do with the ID anyway. You can easily find it as well so it's just pointless.

Some one else can share your account or steal it through having access to your id.

You can, tho. That's why it warns you not to share it in feedback.

Tell staff to take the ID off the xmas hats we submit that are accepted.

A lot (but not all) of the hats don't reveal their filename. Might be why.

The xmas hats reveal a graal id if you check the filename, as for the rest I can't say.

If you look at custom head filenames you can see the graal ID too

It's a holiday. Admins are usually amped up and don't give as much of a damn. Don't bribe kiddies with money in-game for some pointless crap, that's against most terms of service within video games and shouldn't be addressed lightly.

I bet admins have done a lot of banning because plenty of players try to scam for eggs every year. The easiest way to stop the scamming is to simply ban them and teach them a lesson. They banned you, even though you didn't technically scam, because your future actions of actually giving someone $10(27,500g's) cannot be made clear, and admins are not going to want to sit and ask you or risk a potential scam.

No warning and only a ban is justified, based off your logic.

Striken i am fully aware of your situation and respect you but you know getting a warning is a privilege not a right... Right?

What an L!

Real-world trading is against the rules as is, nor should anyone ever ask other players for access to their account to 'trade' and players should never give access of their account way.

Very easy for you to just login into the persons account and trade yourself the egg before buying them a $10 gralat pack (which is RWT'ing and against the rules).


Scamming falls under the same category.

Whether you had the intention of scamming or not, you were violating the rules and a ban is completely appropriate.
