A new shop was just released where the old memorial building used to be, to the left of the sky chapel. They're selling houses with themes of the old nexus events; Japan, RPG, Space, Wild West, Fairy Tale, and Sports themed houses. You're able to enter these houses from the shop and take a look around inside them. They're 20k gralats each. What do you guys think?

It's nice, kinda wish they were for guild houses though since they're lacking diversity compared to player houses by a lot

This is really nice, but it is a bit overpriced.

Overpriced for houses that don't even have the best of layouts. Some of them don't even have grass or bushes.

They should rename "Guild Houses" to Premium Houses (because you have to pay 4.99 for them)
Then they should make houses around the same size that come with guilds when you buy a guild and anybody in the guild can enter it by default.
Then there should be a power that leaders can give members to "Edit guild house" so that members can add and remove their own furniture to the guild house, if the leader trusts the member enough to do that.

As people have mentioned before, for "Premium" houses, their should be a "Premium House" with a practice guild spar in it.

I know it's impossible but just a thought..
 

Since Classic is selling houses from prevois Nexus themes, it would be cool if Nexus was also open during the weekend or something, where they sell past furniture items from those specific themes.. Or can there just be a VIP-only room in the realtor building, where we can buy a few sets of items that go along with those templates? Would like to somehow get some furniture items that corresponds with the house templates I bought. :smile:

Yah LiA05 and me finally got our dream house (japanese house, she really likes anime) it would be cool if we could have some matching furniture since she wants our home to have positive Feng Shui

I really like the soccer theme as well, now Barcelona fans can roleplay and find out what it's like to beat Real Madrid even if it's pretend

Good update, would love to see some more for guild houses in the future if possible (which would make sense with NGS)

I really like the VIP room idea. I would definitely buy some furniture sets that match the theme of the house I bought.

Can we get those trees in the rpg house all over graal they're much more appealing imo

I think that's a positive… Enabling code shops/mazes is not something staff should have an interest in (and I'm sure they don't).

Yeah, houses are meant to be houses, the fact that there is any grass in some of them is simply a courtesy to that part of the community.

Sorry system doesn't currently support it, it's currently loading templates from a single flag rather than individual for inside/outside.

when are we getting a new guild house, it has been over 3-4 years already :(

Like Lia said, I don't think they'd do it but it would be cool to have some parts of the furniture sets to be sold to go along with their house counterparts. Doesn't even have to be full sets, just things like tables and beds maybe. I think the house designs clash with a lot of other furniture, and being able to decorate something like the Western design with a western table instead of a Valentine's Day table would be cool.

I love me the Japanese one. It's much more roomier than my old house. I guess my only gripes are the lack of farming grass and the steep price tag... I mean.. maybe 10,000 woulda been fair? I especially like the little pond with the lily pads. Seems so feng shui

Wasted opportunity: Should have had those Japanese table bar thingies that move and you can show off your food items. Or maybe that can be a furniture

Conveyor Belts? Yeah that's a thing. Although I don't think food plates move on them, but I'd test it out to be sure.

if i wasnt broke id buy the sports one, since i've been talking about making a basketball league and editing the soccer layout with 3point lines, freethrow lines and a smaller goal post that looks looks like a hoop so it could work

Guys... you should have done the River Realtor release BEFORE the free content related to the same. Would have made a ton of cash. At this point there's going to be a bunch of people who are invested/sated with the freebie house layouts we just got and not be making purchases for the premium tileset/layouts.

If we suddenly didn't have the ability to lock gralats in the grass/bushes in our houses, however, sales might immediately nosedive and then climb back up.

My friend Astarte bought the Japanese Nexus House, but she didn't receive it and lost 20k gralats. She tried pmed admins but they says if they were sure if she bought, which she did but doesnt have the new house. So can any devs fix that issue please? :/
