Its only 64kb; I thought the limit was 128kb? Is there also a pixel size limit?

As long as the file size is 128kb or less it's fine. Pixel size doesn't really matter the only thing is that parts of the pic will probably be cut off

Though it still might be rejected because of those weird circle thingies on the lady's chest forgot what they were called

The desktop/flash client only takes jpg/jpeg tho.

You need to resize it / shrink it down. Right now, the file size is too big.

What is it being denied for? It could be because of this:

If it's a file size too large issue then it has been automatically denied by the system.

I don't think that graal accurately calculates the size of images like windows file explorer does

it's being denied for having a file size too big, even though windows says it is only 80kb
