I voted yes because I believe everyone should have the oppurtunity to earn those hats.

I voted yes, but if others are given the super spar hats for the super winners, then this wouldn't work. The spar hats would have to be new hats and would be common, unlike the extremely rare hats for the master sparers.

If you're sparring for a goal shouldn't that goal be to get better and show that you're a good sparrer to everyone?I mean the spar hats are just a plus shouldn't really revolve it around just the hats though.

Shure do BUT some day an admin thought it would be nice giving players hats for reaching a high spar score. My point is that those hat/s should be avaible comfortable and without staff contacts. How would you feel if your trying since weeks to get the hat add to your inventory and then see how people got it like some hours ago because of admin contacts?

YO sparforagoal <-- really lmao. Spar hats were originally made for the first 10 people in the whole game to get. Not for everyone on graal to get. They get them because their the first out of everyone. Put it like this, its basically like a tournament, the first 3 people that win the tournament, get prizes, but the people that participated after the tournament get nothing. These threads really help nothing at all if u think about it, considering their all started by ONE person. Your basically mad cus u didnt get your 6k hat, and you wanna go all out and start some spam threads for people to see and join your little strike group. If the only reason you spar is for a hat, or if you feel that you should get rewarded a hat for sparring, then dont spar at all. Its as simple as that man.

The problem is Matt is still giving them out so your first point is quiet invalid. Why sholdnt my threads help? I brought alot of players including you to view them and register for Graalians. Matt viewed it as well. Im not mad im just suppprised how horrible the Hat System is and how much time it takes for a change. And again read yeph´s post. Maybe hats are the first inpulse why you start sparring but if you spar more and more you get to like it, even without a hat. But when matt is still giving them out to people he likes or to people which are in his guild then the preference of players begins. You cant really describe the situation of many players because you already got all of the spar hats.

No for the thousandths time it wasnt "months" ago. He is still giving them out. So its definitly not over. If he said from the "start of" that he only honor the 3 first player with the hat, then these threads wouldnt excist.

Maybe the balance, if you look at the post, is against the hat. But in my eyes the most of them are just afraid to loose the rarity of the hat. If you look on the poll you see, the majority wants a comfortable system. My Suggestion cant be that bad if so many people voted for it.

Only reason matt is giving them out because he gets spammed daily about it. Thats the only reason he gives them rly. Like i said before, if a hat makes u start sparring, then dont spar. Sparring is supposed to be fun and enjoyable not a desperate hat competition. O, and u said that matt saw this post. If he did, and he has done nothing about it, then why keep trying? stop crying its just a stupid hat. Your making it worse for yourself. If the only reason you spar revolves around hats, boy are you gonna have a rough time. Are you gonna do the same when you reach 10k wins and start a whole other new thread for that one too?
O and one more thing, rufus is the only one who gets stuff done in spar. Matt only spars for hats now. Plus, none of them support this thread. So gl asking the guy the who doesn't support this thread!

I obvious havent start sparring only for the hat. I thought you get it automaticly after 6k. Well i didnt, asked some people and started my thread. YES sparring is fun and a hat shouldnt be the main reason why you do it but there isnt a problem if so. No i dont make another thread about the 10k hat. Quiet useless question.
I know Rufus is against it but there are also other admins which shurly can do a level or a simple npc with it. (they realsed tons of them for rps so why not for spar)

I voted no, If spar deserves a goal so does PK. The 40k room doesn't count since you have to pay for them

I don't see the big deal in giving out the spar/pk hats. As EP said, it's a reward, a thank-you for being so dedicated to the game. And let's face it, whereever there's a freebie, there's going to be some people with the wrong intentions trying to get it. You see this in every MMO, there's nothing really you can do about it.

Most of you guys (not all) saying no are just saying that because your jealous that you aren't good enough at sparring to reach 6000 spar wins. If you were good and could easily get 6k wins, you'd probably be all for it.

I spar for fun though, not for hats. Just thought I'd say that.^
