maybe they'll give you extra cash for your troubles lol, but i doubt it. i remember they gave a free vip golden ticket one time while the server was having constant seizures.
if you just want your money back, google will most likely give you your money back faster. if you want your gralats, then just email [email protected] with the receipt and stuff. nothing else you can do in that regard but wait. |
Yeah it happend to me once too, I just went to https://play.google.com/store>my account>purchase history>report issues>I payed for the article but didn't receive them.
Got my money back within a minute and was able to just buy gralats again, yeah, you could abuse that option but I know from several friends that tried it that they had to pay back after a few weeks / Google play checked the transaction. |

Compared to Valve, Graal support is god-tier, not only is Valve support horrid but they also duped an item worth over $10,000USD 59 times because how terrible they are at support. Blizzard, Jagex, all game companies that are completely professional and still take hours if not days to reply to support issues, just two examples out of hundreds of game companies that are the same. Factor in that Graal is heavily based on volunteer work and still the support time isn't even that bad, a majority of my tickets were handled at the same rate they would be by other game companies. OP just copy/paste the receipt e-mail that's all they really require, don't need to have a photo of it. |

i got the same issue today trying to buy a 8k pack, and they took my money but didnt give me my gralats.
(trump voice)i submitted a google play refund request as well, and they also denied my request. unbelievable.(end trump voice) seriously tho, jokes aside. this is pretty annoying. i sent an email after i submitted the refund request got denied, we'll see what happens. |
